Samsung GalaxyのeSIMインストールを開始するには、設定 > 接続 > SIMマネージャーへ進みます。
QRコードをパソコンや別のスマートフォンで表示している場合は、「QRコードでインストール」を選んでください。

HelloRoamのメールに記載された有効化コードを手動で入力したい場合は、「手動でインストール」を選んでください。

QRコードをスキャンする前にご確認ください:
- •スキャン前に、QRコードを別のデバイス（パソコンや別のスマートフォン）で開いておいてください。
- •インストール中はWi-Fiに接続したままにしてください。途中で接続が切れるとエラーが発生します。
- •各QRコードは1回のみ有効です。スキャン完了後はコードが無効になり、再使用できません。
- •インストール後にeSIMを削除しないでください。一度インストールされたeSIMはデバイスに紐付けられ、削除するとプランが失われます。
手動インストールを開始する前にご確認ください:
- •手動の有効化コードは1回限りの使用です。他者と共有したり、2回入力したりしないでください。
- •インストール中は安定したWi-Fi接続を維持してください。接続が途切れるとインストールが中断されます。
- •このeSIMはインストール後に端末に紐付けられます。別のスマートフォンへの移行はできないため、不要になるまで削除しないでください。

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

- デュアルeSIMサポートGalaxy S24は2つのeSIMを同時に有効にできます。日本の番号を維持しながら、ハワイや韓国旅行中に現地データプランを利用できます。
- まずアップデートを最新のOneUIバージョンに更新しておくと、eSIMのエラーを防ぐことができます。渡航前にGalaxyを更新してください。
よくある質問
eSIM対応機種GalaxyはS20、S21、S22、S23、S24シリーズ（Plus、Ultra、FEモデル含む）、Z Fold 2〜5、Z FlipからZ Flip5、Note 20シリーズです。galaxy s22 esim対応はOneUI 3.0以上（Android 11以上）が必要です。Aシリーズの多くはeSIMハードウェアを搭載していないため、プラン購入前に機種のスペックをご確認ください。
Samsung GalaxyのeSIM設定は、設定 > 接続 > SIMマネージャーにあります。OneUI 6.0以降では「SIMカードマネージャー」と表示される場合があります。見つからない場合は、設定の検索バーで「SIMマネージャー」と入力すると、すぐに表示されます。
QRコードを使わずに、手動入力でHelloRoam eSIMをSamsungにインストールできます。設定 > 接続 > SIMマネージャー > eSIMを追加 > 手動でコードを入力、の順に操作してください。HelloRoamの購入確認メールに記載されているSM-DP+アドレスと有効化コードを入力します。両コードは購入後5分以内にメールでお届けします。
