Elegí tu método de instalación
Algunas cosas que tenés que saber antes de escanear el código QR:
- •Abrí el código QR en un segundo dispositivo (computadora u otro celular) antes de empezar a escanear.
- •Mantenete en Wi-Fi durante todo el proceso. Perder la conexión a la mitad puede generar errores.
- •Cada código QR sirve para un solo escaneo. Después de un escaneo exitoso, el código expira y no podés volver a usarlo.
- •No eliminés la eSIM después de instalarla. Una eSIM no se puede transferir entre dispositivos una vez instalada, así que si la borrás perdés tu plan.
Algunas cosas que tenés que saber antes de empezar con la instalación manual:
- •Cada código de activación manual es de un solo uso. No lo compartás y no lo ingreses dos veces.
- •Mantenete conectado a Wi-Fi durante todo el proceso. Si se corta la conexión, la instalación puede fallar.
- •La eSIM queda vinculada a tu dispositivo una vez instalada. No se puede transferir a otro celular, así que no la eliminés si todavía la necesitás.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.

Tips para Samsung Galaxy que vale la pena saber
- Usuarios de OneUI 6.0+En OneUI 6.0 o superior, el SIM Manager puede aparecer como 'Administrador de tarjeta SIM' en Configuración > Conexiones.
- Soporte de eSIM dualEl Galaxy S24 soporta dos eSIM activas al mismo tiempo. Podés mantener tu número argentino activo mientras usás un plan de datos local en España, Italia o Brasil.
- Actualizá primeroTener la última versión de OneUI reduce los errores con la eSIM. Actualizá tu Galaxy antes de salir de viaje.
Preguntas frecuentes
HelloRoam es compatible con Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23 y S24 (incluyendo Plus, Ultra y FE), Z Fold 2 al 5, Z Flip y Z Flip5, y la serie Note 20. Tu celular necesita OneUI 3.0 o superior (Android 11+). La mayoría de los modelos serie A no tienen hardware eSIM, así que verificá las especificaciones de tu modelo antes de comprar un plan.
Samsung Galaxy guarda la configuración de eSIM en SIM Manager, que encontrás en Configuración > Conexiones > SIM Manager. En OneUI 6.0 y versiones más nuevas puede aparecer como Administrador de tarjeta SIM en la misma ruta. Si no lo encontrás, escribí SIM Manager en el buscador de Configuración y aparece de inmediato.

Es una configuración ideal para quienes viajan desde Argentina a Europa o a los Estados Unidos y quieren mantener su número argentino activo mientras usan un plan de datos local. Administrá ambas líneas en Configuración > Conexiones > SIM Manager.
