在Samsung Galaxy上进入设置 > 连接 > SIM卡管理器，开始eSIM安装。

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

- OneUI 6.0+用户OneUI 6.0及更高版本中，SIM卡管理器路径为设置 > 连接，部分机型显示为「SIM管理器」。操作步骤完全相同。
- 双eSIM支持Galaxy S24支持双eSIM同时运行。出行欧洲或日本时，保持国内号码活跃，同时开启HelloRoam旅行流量套餐。
- 先更新系统出行前先将Galaxy系统升级至最新OneUI版本，可有效减少三星eSIM激活过程中的错误。
常见问题
支持eSIM的Samsung Galaxy型号包括S20至S24系列（含Plus、Ultra和FE版本）、Z Fold 2至Z Fold 5、Z Flip至Z Flip 5，以及Note 20系列。手机需运行OneUI 3.0或更高版本（Android 11+）。大多数A系列入门机型不含eSIM硬件，购买前请确认您的机型规格。
SIM卡管理器位于设置 > 连接 > SIM卡管理器。OneUI 6.0及更新版本中，该功能路径相同但可能显示为「SIM管理器」。找不到时，直接在设置搜索栏输入「SIM卡管理器」即可。
Samsung支持手动输入方式安装HelloRoam eSIM，无需扫描二维码。进入设置 > 连接 > SIM卡管理器 > 添加eSIM，选择「手动输入激活码」。将HelloRoam确认邮件中的SM-DP+地址和激活码填入对应字段即可。购买后5分钟内，两项代码会同时发送至您的邮箱。
Samsung Galaxy S24、S24+和S24 Ultra均支持双eSIM，两个eSIM配置文件可同时运行，无需实体SIM卡。出行欧洲或日本时，可在保持国内号码的同时使用HelloRoam旅行流量套餐。在设置 > 连接 > SIM卡管理器中管理两条线路。
Samsung无法读取eSIM二维码时，请依次尝试以下4种方法：更新OneUI系统、确认手机已解锁、清洁摄像头镜头、在充足光线下保持约15厘米距离扫描。若仍无法解决，可改用手动输入。打开SIM卡管理器，点击「添加eSIM」，选择「手动输入代码」，填入HelloRoam邮件中的SM-DP+地址和激活码。HelloRoam客服通常在2小时内回复。
