Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Perguntas frequentes
Os modelos Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23 e S24 suportam eSIM, tal como os Galaxy Z Fold 2 a 5, Z Flip a Z Flip5 e Note 20. Estes modelos incluem as variantes Ultra e FE. Para utilizar eSIM, precisa do OneUI 3.0 ou versão posterior (Android 11 ou superior).

Insira o endereço SM-DP+ e o código de ativação que recebeu no e-mail de confirmação da HelloRoam.
O Samsung Galaxy S24 (S24, S24+ e S24 Ultra) suporta eSIM duplo, ou seja, dois perfis eSIM podem estar ativos em simultâneo sem necessidade de cartão SIM físico. Faça a gestão de ambos em Definições > Ligações > Gestor de SIM.
Se o Samsung Galaxy não detetar o código QR do eSIM, experimente 5 soluções por ordem. Primeiro, atualize o OneUI para a versão mais recente. Depois, confirme que o telemóvel está desbloqueado. Limpe a lente da câmara e ajuste a iluminação ao digitalizar. Por fim, use a instalação manual com o endereço SM-DP+ e o código de ativação. Se o problema persistir, contacte o suporte da HelloRoam.
