5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Întrebări frecvente
Samsung Galaxy S20, S21, S22, S23 și S24 (inclusiv Ultra și FE) acceptă eSIM. La fel și Galaxy Z Fold 2 până la Z Fold5, Galaxy Z Flip până la Z Flip5 și seria Note 20. Aveți nevoie de OneUI 3.0 sau versiune ulterioară (Android 11+).
Manager SIM pe Samsung Galaxy se găsește la Setări > Conexiuni > Manager SIM. Pe OneUI 6.0 și versiunile ulterioare poate apărea la Setări > Conexiuni > Manager cartelă SIM. Dacă nu îl găsiți, tastați "Manager SIM" în bara de căutare din Setări.
Puteți instala un eSIM HelloRoam pe Samsung fără cod QR. Mergeți la Setări > Conexiuni > Manager SIM > Adăugați eSIM > Scanați codul QR al operatorului > Introduceți codul de activare manual. Tastați adresa SM-DP+ și codul de activare din e-mailul de confirmare HelloRoam.
Samsung Galaxy S24 (S24, S24+, S24 Ultra) acceptă dual eSIM, adică două profile eSIM pot fi active simultan fără cartelă SIM fizică. Gestionați ambele eSIM-uri la Setări > Conexiuni > Manager SIM.
Dacă Samsung Galaxy nu citește codul QR eSIM, încercați pe rând 5 soluții. Actualizați OneUI la ultima versiune. Confirmați că telefonul nu e blocat de operator. Curățați lentila camerei. Ajustați iluminarea și distanța la scanare. Dacă nimic nu funcționează, treceți la instalarea manuală cu adresa SM-DP+ din e-mailul HelloRoam.
