بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (لابتوب أو هاتف آخر) قبل البدء في المسح.
- •ابقَ على اتصال Wi-Fi طوال العملية. انقطاع الاتصال أثناء التثبيت قد يسبب أخطاء.
- •كل رمز QR يُستخدم لمسح واحد فقط. بعد المسح الناجح ينتهي صلاحيته ولا يمكن استخدامه مجدداً.
- •لا تحذف الـ eSIM بعد تثبيته. إنه مرتبط بهاتفك ولا يمكن نقله أو إعادة استخدامه على جهاز آخر.
بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل كود تفعيل يدوي يُستخدم مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تدخله مرتين.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi ثابت طوال العملية. انقطاع الإنترنت أثناء التثبيت قد يسبب أخطاء.
- •بمجرد تثبيت الـ eSIM يرتبط بهاتفك ولا يمكن نقله إلى جهاز آخر، لذا لا تحذفه إلا إذا لم تعد بحاجة إليه.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

- دعم eSIM المزدوجGalaxy S24 يدعم تشغيل eSIM مزدوج في الوقت ذاته. احتفظ برقمك السعودي نشطاً أثناء استخدام باقة بيانات محلية في لندن أو باريس.
- حدّث أولاًتحديث OneUI إلى أحدث إصدار يقلّل من أخطاء eSIM. حدّث Galaxy قبل السفر.
الأسئلة الشائعة
تدعم أجهزة Galaxy S20 حتى S24 بجميع إصداراتها (Plus وUltra وFE)، وسلسلة Z Fold من الجيل الثاني حتى الخامس، وZ Flip بجميع إصداراتها، وNote 20. يشترط أن يعمل الهاتف بواجهة OneUI 3.0 أو أحدث (Android 11 فما فوق). معظم موديلات سلسلة A الاقتصادية لا تحتوي على شريحة eSIM، لذا تحقق من مواصفات هاتفك قبل الشراء.
تجد إعدادات eSIM على Samsung Galaxy في: الإعدادات > الاتصالات > إدارة شرائح SIM. على واجهة OneUI 6.0 والأحدث قد تظهر باسم «مدير شريحة SIM» في المسار ذاته. إذا لم تجدها، اكتب «SIM Manager» في خانة بحث الإعدادات وستظهر فوراً.
