بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (لابتوب أو هاتف آخر) حتى تتمكن من مسحه بـ Pixel.
- •ابقَ على اتصال Wi-Fi ثابت طوال العملية. انقطاع الاتصال أثناء المسح يسبب أخطاء.
- •رمز QR يُستخدم لمسح واحد فقط. بعد المسح لا يمكن استخدامه مجدداً.
- •لا تحذف الـ eSIM بعد تثبيته. إنه مرتبط بهذا الجهاز ولا يمكن نقله أو إعادة استخدامه.
بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل كود تفعيل يدوي يُستخدم مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تدخله مرتين.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi ثابت طوال العملية. انقطاع الاتصال أثناء التثبيت قد يسبب أخطاء.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

نصائح مفيدة لمستخدمي Google Pixel
- نقل الـ eSIM:عند إعداد Pixel جديد، يمكنك نقل HelloRoam eSIM لاسلكياً أثناء عملية الإعداد. تنبيه: HelloRoam eSIM مرتبط بجهازك الأصلي ولا يمكن نقله بعد التثبيت خارج هذه العملية.

Google Pixel 7 يدعم eSIM، وكذلك كل موديل من Pixel 3 فصاعداً. تشمل القائمة الكاملة: Pixel 3 و3 XL و3a و3a XL و4 و4 XL و4a و4a 5G و5 و5a 5G و6 و6 Pro و6a و7 و7 Pro و7a و8 و8 Pro و8a و9 و9 Pro و9 Pro XL وPixel Fold. يشترط Android 9.0 (Pie) أو أحدث. Pixel 10 يعمل بـ eSIM فقط دون فتحة شريحة SIM مادية.
إعداد eSIM على Google Pixel 7 وأغلب موديلات Pixel يقع في: الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM > إضافة شريحة SIM. على Android 15 (سلسلة Pixel 9)، اذهب إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الإنترنت، ثم اضغط على أيقونة الزائد بجانب شرائح SIM. إذا لم تجد الخيار، اكتب «SIM» في خانة بحث الإعدادات.
يمكنك تثبيت HelloRoam eSIM على Google Pixel دون مسح رمز QR. اذهب إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM > إضافة شريحة SIM واختر إدخال كود التفعيل يدوياً. اكتب عنوان SM-DP+ وكود التفعيل من بريد HelloRoam. الخطوات قد تختلف قليلاً حسب إصدار Android، لكن الخيار اليدوي متاح على جميع موديلات Pixel المدعومة.

Pixel 8 و7 و6 تدعم eSIM واحداً مع شريحة SIM مادية. أدر شرائحك من الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM.
هواتف Google Pixel تدعم نقل eSIM لاسلكياً أثناء إعداد الجهاز الجديد بدءاً من Pixel 7. اتّبع التعليمات التي تظهر عند إعداد Pixel الجديد لنقل الملف من جهازك القديم. HelloRoam eSIM مرتبط بالجهاز الأصلي ولا يمكن نقله بعد التثبيت خارج هذه العملية. إذا فشل النقل، تواصل مع دعم HelloRoam وسيصلك رمز QR جديد خلال ساعتين في المتوسط.
