بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (حاسوبك أو هاتف آخر) حتى تتمكن من مسحه بـ Pixel.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi ثابت طوال الوقت. قطع الاتصال أثناء المسح يسبب أخطاء.
- •رمز QR صالح للمسح مرة واحدة فقط. بعد المسح لا يمكن استخدامه مجدداً.
- •لا تحذف eSIM بعد التثبيت. إنه مرتبط بهذا الجهاز ولا يمكن نقله أو إعادة استخدامه.
بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل بدء التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل رمز تفعيل يدوي للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تُدخله مرتين.

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

إعداد eSIM على Google Pixel 7 وأغلب طرازات Pixel موجود في الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الشرائح > إضافة شريحة SIM. على Android 15 (سلسلة Pixel 9)، انتقل إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الإنترنت، ثم اضغط على أيقونة الإضافة بجانب الشرائح. إن لم تجده، اكتب «SIM» في شريط البحث داخل الإعدادات.
يمكنك تثبيت HelloRoam eSIM على Google Pixel بدون رمز QR. انتقل إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الشرائح > إضافة شريحة SIM واختر إدخال رمز التفعيل يدوياً. أدخل عنوان SM-DP+ ورمز التفعيل من بريد HelloRoam. تتفاوت الخطوات قليلاً حسب إصدار Android، لكن خيار الإدخال اليدوي متاح على جميع طرازات Pixel المدعومة.
Google Pixel 9 و9 Pro و9 Pro XL تدعم eSIM مزدوجاً، أي تعمل شريحتا eSIM في آنٍ واحد دون الحاجة لشريحة فعلية. مثالي للمسافرين من الإمارات إلى باريس أو طوكيو الذين يريدون الحفاظ على رقمهم الأصلي مع استخدام باقة بيانات محلية. هواتف Google Pixel تدعم نقل eSIM لاسلكياً أثناء إعداد الجهاز الجديد بدءاً من Pixel 7. اتّبع التعليمات الظاهرة عند إعداد Pixel الجديد لنقل الملف الشخصي من جهازك القديم.
