Algumas coisas para saber antes de escanear o QR code:
- •Abra o QR code em um segundo dispositivo (notebook ou outro celular) para escanear com o Pixel.
- •Mantenha a conexão Wi-Fi estável durante todo o processo. Cair do Wi-Fi no meio do scan causa erros.
- •O QR code é de uso único. Após escanear, ele não pode ser usado de novo.
- •Não delete o eSIM após instalar. Ele está vinculado a este dispositivo e não pode ser movido ou reutilizado.
Algumas coisas para saber antes de iniciar a instalação manual:
- •Cada código de ativação manual é de uso único. Não compartilhe e não insira duas vezes.
- •Fique no Wi-Fi durante todo o processo. Perder conexão no meio da instalação pode causar erros.
- •Após instalado, este eSIM fica vinculado ao seu Pixel. Removê-lo significa que você não poderá usá-lo de novo.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Dicas Úteis para o Google Pixel
- Transferência de eSIM:Ao configurar um novo Pixel, você pode transferir o eSIM HelloRoam sem fio durante o processo de configuração. Atenção: o eSIM HelloRoam fica vinculado ao dispositivo original e não é transferível após instalado fora desse fluxo de configuração.
- eSIM Duplo (Pixel 9):Pixel 9, 9 Pro e 9 Pro XL rodam dois eSIMs ativos ao mesmo tempo. Mantenha seu número brasileiro ativo e use um plano de dados local de viagem ao mesmo tempo.

O Pixel 10 é exclusivo eSIM, sem slot para chip físico.
A configuração de eSIM no Google Pixel 7 e na maioria dos modelos Pixel fica em Configurações > Rede e Internet > SIMs > Adicionar SIM. No Android 15 (série Pixel 9), vá em Configurações > Rede e Internet > Internet e toque no ícone de mais ao lado de SIMs. Se não encontrar, pesquise 'SIM' na barra de busca das Configurações.
HelloRoam eSIM pode ser instalado no Google Pixel sem QR code. Vá em Configurações > Rede e Internet > SIMs > Adicionar SIM e escolha inserir o código de ativação manualmente. Digite o endereço SM-DP+ e o código de ativação do seu e-mail HelloRoam. Os passos variam um pouco conforme a versão do Android, mas a opção manual está disponível em todos os modelos Pixel suportados.
Google Pixel 9, 9 Pro e 9 Pro XL suportam eSIM duplo, com dois perfis eSIM ativos ao mesmo tempo sem precisar de chip físico. É perfeito para brasileiros que viajam a Paris ou Tóquio e querem manter o número brasileiro enquanto usam um plano local de dados. Pixel 8, 7 e série 6 suportam um eSIM mais um chip físico. Gerencie os SIMs em Configurações > Rede e Internet > SIMs.
O Google Pixel suporta transferência de eSIM sem fio durante a configuração de um novo dispositivo a partir do Pixel 7. Siga as instruções na tela ao configurar o novo Pixel para mover o perfil do aparelho antigo. O eSIM HelloRoam fica vinculado ao dispositivo original e não é transferível após instalado fora desse fluxo de configuração. Se a transferência falhar, o suporte HelloRoam emite um novo QR code em até 2 horas.
