بعض الأمور المهمة قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (لابتوبك أو هاتف آخر) حتى تمسحه بـ Pixel الخاص بك.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi مستقر طوال الوقت. انقطاع الاتصال أثناء المسح يسبب أخطاء.
- •رمز QR للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط. بعد مسحه بنجاح، لن يعمل مرة أخرى.
- •لا تحذف eSIM بعد التثبيت. إنه مرتبط بهذا الجهاز ولا يمكن نقله أو إعادة استخدامه.
بعض الأمور المهمة قبل بدء التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل رمز تفعيل يدوي للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تدخله مرتين.
- •ابقَ على Wi-Fi طوال الوقت. فقدان الاتصال أثناء التثبيت قد يتسبب في أخطاء.
- •بمجرد التثبيت، يرتبط هذا eSIM بجهاز Pixel الخاص بك. حذفه يعني عدم قدرتك على استخدامه مجدداً.

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

نصائح مفيدة لمستخدمي Google Pixel
- نقل eSIM:عند إعداد Pixel جديد، يمكنك نقل HelloRoam eSIM لاسلكياً أثناء تدفق الإعداد. لكن تذكر: HelloRoam eSIM مرتبط بجهازك الأصلي ولا يمكن نقله بعد التثبيت خارج هذا التدفق.
- شريحتا eSIM (Pixel 9):Pixel 9 وPixel 9 Pro وPixel 9 Pro XL تشغّل شريحتَي eSIM في آنٍ واحد. أبقِ رقمك المصري نشطاً واستخدم باقة بيانات محلية في الإمارات أو السعودية في نفس الوقت.
- إعداد سريع:نظام Android الأصلي على Pixel يحتوي على أقل عدد خطوات إعداد بين أجهزة Android. معظم المستخدمين يتصلون في أقل من دقيقتين.
- مستخدمو Android 15:في Android 15، تغيّر مسار SIM إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الإنترنت > اضغط أيقونة (+) بجانب شرائح SIM.
الأسئلة الشائعة
Google Pixel 3 وما بعده يدعم eSIM. القائمة الكاملة تشمل: Pixel 3 وXL و3a و3a XL و4 و4 XL و4a و4a 5G و5 و5a 5G و6 و6 Pro و6a و7 و7 Pro و7a و8 و8 Pro و8a و9 و9 Pro و9 Pro XL وPixel Fold. يحتاج هاتفك إلى Android 9.0 (Pie) أو أحدث. Pixel 10 يعتمد على eSIM فقط بدون فتحة شريحة فعلية.
إعداد eSIM على Google Pixel 7 وبقية موديلات Pixel موجود في الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM > إضافة SIM. في Android 15 (سلسلة Pixel 9)، اذهب إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > الإنترنت، ثم اضغط على أيقونة (+) بجانب شرائح SIM. لو ما لقيته، اكتب «SIM» في خانة بحث الإعدادات.
تقدر تثبّت HelloRoam eSIM على Google Pixel بدون رمز QR. اذهب إلى الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM > إضافة SIM واختر إدخال رمز التفعيل يدوياً. اكتب عنوان SM-DP+ ورمز التفعيل من بريد HelloRoam. الخطوات تختلف قليلاً حسب إصدار Android، لكن الخيار اليدوي متاح على جميع موديلات Pixel المدعومة.
Google Pixel 9 وPixel 9 Pro وPixel 9 Pro XL تدعم تشغيل شريحتَي eSIM في آنٍ واحد بدون شريحة فعلية. هذا مثالي لمن يسافر من مصر إلى الإمارات أو تركيا ويريد إبقاء رقمه المصري نشطاً أثناء استخدام باقة بيانات محلية. Pixel 8 و7 و6 تدعم شريحة eSIM واحدة مع شريحة فعلية. تحكّم في الشرائح من الإعدادات > الشبكة والإنترنت > شرائح SIM.
هواتف Google Pixel تدعم نقل eSIM لاسلكياً أثناء إعداد الجهاز الجديد ابتداءً من Pixel 7. اتبع التعليمات على الشاشة عند إعداد Pixel الجديد لنقل الملف من جهازك القديم. لكن HelloRoam eSIM مرتبط بالجهاز الأصلي ولا يمكن نقله بعد التثبيت. إن فشل النقل اللاسلكي، تواصل مع دعم HelloRoam وسيصدر لك رمز QR جديد خلال ساعتين في المتوسط.
