جميع مشتريات eSIM مدفوعة مسبقاً. الأسعار تشمل الضرائب غير المباشرة المطبقة.

تُحسب الضريبة بناءً على الرمز البريدي لعنوان الفوترة.

"الضرائب غير المباشرة" تعني ضريبة المبيعات، وضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT)، وضريبة السلع والخدمات (GST)، والضرائب المماثلة.

• Promotional codes are subject to availability and expiration dates
• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers

For payments within the EU and UK, your bank may ask you to complete extra verification (such as 3D Secure) to confirm your identity. This is required by payment regulations and helps protect you from fraud.

لا تنشأ أي مسؤولية حتى تقوم بعملية شراء جديدة

6.1 التزامات المستخدم

• Use the service in line with these Terms and Conditions
• Follow all laws and regulations that apply to your use
• Do not use the service for fraud or illegal activity
• Do not copy or sell any information from our platform
• Do not use excessive data in ways that harm network performance for others
• Do not violate any intellectual property rights
• Do not use automated tools to scrape pricing, coverage, or other data from our website for commercial purposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute eSIM plans purchased through HelloRoam.
• Do not use SIM boxes, SIM farms, or similar devices to exploit our data plans.
• Do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions on data plans.

7.3 ضمانات الخدمة

• During network upgrades or maintenance windows
• In areas not covered by our network partners
• Due to factors outside our control such as weather or signal interference

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. This right starts from the date of purchase.

This right ends when you activate your eSIM. By scanning the QR code and activating the eSIM, you agree to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before activation, contact us at help@helloroam.com with your order number.

Service Availability

HelloRoam does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Service quality depends on our carrier partners and local network conditions. We monitor our platform and work to fix issues quickly, but we do not offer financial compensation for downtime caused by third-party networks.

8.1 الحقوق القانونية

لا يغير أي شيء في هذه الشروط من حقوقك القانونية كمستهلك.

8.2 إخلاء الضمانات

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نقدم أي تعهدات ونستبعد جميع الضمانات الصريحة أو الضمنية المتعلقة بخدماتنا.

8.3 إيقاف الخدمة

نحتفظ بحق إيقاف أي خدمة وفق تقديرنا، مع إشعار مسبق معقول كلما أمكن ذلك.

9.1 الملكية

جميع المحتويات والعلامات التجارية والملكية الفكرية على منصتنا مملوكة لـ HelloRoam أو مرخصة لنا. وهي محمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية.

9.2 القيود

لا يحق لك نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو توزيع أو الاستخدام التجاري لأي محتوى من منصتنا دون إذن خطي مسبق منا.

10.1 حق الانسحاب القانوني

لديك 14 يوماً للانسحاب من عملية الشراء دون إبداء أي سبب.

ينتهي هذا الحق عند تفعيل شريحة eSIM، أو قد تحصل على استرداد جزئي إذا استُهلك جزء من البيانات.

10.2 شروط الاسترداد

• The eSIM was purchased directly from HelloRoam
• The eSIM has not been activated
• Your request is made within 6 months of purchase

10.3 الاسترداد الجزئي

• تم تفعيل شريحة eSIM واستهلاك جزء فقط من البيانات
• مشاكل في البنية التحتية للشبكة منعت تقديم الخدمة الكاملة

10.4 استرداد توافق الجهاز

يحق لك الحصول على استرداد كامل إذا تبيّن أن جهازك غير متوافق أو مقفل على شبكة معينة بعد الشراء.

11.1 إخلاء المسؤولية

بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، نستبعد جميع المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر ناتج عن استخدامك لخدماتنا.

تُحدد مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية بمبلغ الرسوم التي دفعتها خلال 12 شهراً أو 100 جنيه إسترليني، أيهما أكبر.

هذا لا يؤثر على مسؤوليتنا في حالات الاحتيال أو التحريف الاحتيالي.

11.2 التعويض

توافق على تعويضنا عن أي مطالبات ناشئة عن مخالفتك لهذه الشروط.

توافق على تعويضنا عن المطالبات الناجمة عن الاستخدام غير الصحيح لخدماتنا.

12.1 القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين إنجلترا وويلز.

تختص محاكم إنجلترا وويلز بالفصل في أي نزاعات.

قد تنطبق أيضاً قوانين حماية المستهلك الإلزامية في ولايتك القضائية.

12.2 الشكاوى

إذا كان لديك شكوى، تواصل مع فريق الدعم أولاً. سنعمل على حل المشكلة قبل بدء أي إجراء رسمي لتسوية النزاعات.

13.1 حماية البيانات

تعالج HelloRoam البيانات الشخصية لتقديم خدمات eSIM.

قد نراقب استخدام الخدمة لتحسين الجودة ومنع الوصول غير المصرح به.

14.1 تعديل الشروط

We may update these terms from time to time.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website and in the app.
• We'll give you enough notice of significant changes so you can review them.

14.2 التنازل عن الحقوق

يجوز لنا التنازل عن حقوقنا والتزاماتنا بموجب هذه الشروط لأي شركة في مجموعتنا.

14.3 قابلية الفصل

إذا تبيّن أن أي جزء من هذه الشروط غير صالح أو غير قابل للتنفيذ، تظل بقية الشروط سارية المفعول بالكامل.

14.4 التنازل عن الحق

إذا لم نمارس حقاً من حقوقنا بموجب هذه الشروط، فذلك لا يعني تنازلنا عنه.

14.5 اللغة

في حال وجود تعارض بين نسخة مترجمة والنسخة الإنجليزية من هذه الشروط، تسود النسخة الإنجليزية.

14.6 تفاصيل التواصل

HelloRoam offers a referral program that lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to try our eSIM service. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

15.1 Eligibility

• You must have a registered HelloRoam account in good standing
• You must have completed at least one eSIM purchase
• The referred person must be a new HelloRoam customer

15.2 Rewards

• You earn credit when your referred friend makes their first purchase
• Your friend also receives a discount on their first order
• Rewards are applied as account credit for future purchases
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

15.3 Restrictions

• Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not allowed
• We may limit the number of referrals per account
• Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension

15.4 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Pending rewards at the time of any change will be honored.
