• Promotional codes are subject to availability and expiration dates
• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction

For payments within the EU and UK, your bank may ask you to complete extra verification (such as 3D Secure) to confirm your identity. This is required by payment regulations and helps protect you from fraud.

5.3 خاتمے کے بعد

پلان ختم ہونے کے بعد اگر آپ eSIM اپنی ڈیوائس پر رکھتے ہیں تو یہ "جیسا ہے" کی بنیاد پر فراہم کیا جاتا ہے

جب تک آپ دوبارہ خریداری نہ کریں کوئی ذمہ داری لاگو نہیں ہوتی

6.1 صارف کی ذمہ داریاں

• Use the service in line with these Terms and Conditions
• Follow all laws and regulations that apply to your use
• Do not use the service for fraud or illegal activity
• Do not copy or sell any information from our platform
• Do not use excessive data in ways that harm network performance for others
• Do not violate any intellectual property rights
• Do not use automated tools to scrape pricing, coverage, or other data from our website for commercial purposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute eSIM plans purchased through HelloRoam.
• Do not use SIM boxes, SIM farms, or similar devices to exploit our data plans.
• Do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions on data plans.

• Due to factors outside our control such as weather or signal interference

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. This right starts from the date of purchase.

This right ends when you activate your eSIM. By scanning the QR code and activating the eSIM, you agree to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before activation, contact us at help@helloroam.com with your order number.

Service Availability

HelloRoam does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Service quality depends on our carrier partners and local network conditions. We monitor our platform and work to fix issues quickly, but we do not offer financial compensation for downtime caused by third-party networks.

8.1 قانونی حقوق

ان شرائط میں سے کوئی بھی چیز بطور صارف آپ کے قانونی حقوق کو تبدیل نہیں کرتی۔

8.2 کوئی ضمانت نہیں

جہاں تک قانون اجازت دیتا ہے، ہم اپنی سروسز کے بارے میں کوئی نمائندگی نہیں کرتے اور تمام واضح یا ضمنی ضمانتیں خارج کرتے ہیں۔

8.3 سروس کا بند ہونا

ہم کسی بھی سروس کو اپنی صوابدید پر بند کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں اور جہاں ممکن ہو معقول اطلاع دیں گے۔

9.1 ملکیت

9.2 پابندیاں

• The eSIM was purchased directly from HelloRoam
• The eSIM has not been activated
• Your request is made within 6 months of purchase

10.4 ڈیوائس ہم آہنگی واپسی

اگر خریداری کے بعد آپ کی ڈیوائس غیر ہم آہنگ یا کیریئر سے لاک پائی جائے تو مکمل واپسی دستیاب ہے۔

11.1 ذمہ داری کا اخراج

جہاں تک قانون اجازت دیتا ہے، ہم آپ کی سروس کے استعمال سے ہونے والے کسی بھی نقصان کے لیے تمام ذمہ داری خارج کرتے ہیں۔

ہماری کل ذمہ داری آپ کی ادا کردہ 12 ماہ کی فیس یا £100 تک محدود ہے، جو بھی زیادہ ہو۔

اس سے دھوکہ دہی یا غلط بیانی کے لیے ہماری ذمہ داری متاثر نہیں ہوتی۔

11.2 تلافی

آپ ان شرائط کی خلاف ورزی سے پیدا ہونے والے دعووں میں ہمیں تحفظ دینے پر رضامند ہیں۔

12.1 حکمران قانون

ان شرائط پر انگلینڈ اور ویلز کے قوانین کا اطلاق ہوتا ہے۔

کسی بھی تنازع پر انگلینڈ اور ویلز کی عدالتوں کا اختیار ہے۔

آپ کے علاقے میں صارف کے تحفظ کے لازمی قوانین بھی لاگو ہو سکتے ہیں۔

12.2 شکایات

اگر آپ کو کوئی شکایت ہے تو پہلے ہماری سپورٹ ٹیم سے رابطہ کریں۔ کسی بھی رسمی تنازع کے عمل سے پہلے ہم مسئلے کو حل کرنے کی کوشش کریں گے۔

14.1 شرائط میں تبدیلی

We may update these terms from time to time.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website and in the app.
• We'll give you enough notice of significant changes so you can review them.

14.2 تفویض

14.5 زبان

اگر ان شرائط کے ترجمہ شدہ اور انگریزی ورژن میں تضاد ہو تو انگریزی ورژن مقدم ہوگا۔

14.6 رابطے کی تفصیلات

HelloRoam offers a referral program that lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to try our eSIM service. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

15.1 Eligibility

• You must have a registered HelloRoam account in good standing
• You must have completed at least one eSIM purchase
• The referred person must be a new HelloRoam customer

15.2 Rewards

• You earn credit when your referred friend makes their first purchase
• Your friend also receives a discount on their first order
• Rewards are applied as account credit for future purchases
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

15.3 Restrictions

• Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not allowed
• We may limit the number of referrals per account
• Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension

15.4 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Pending rewards at the time of any change will be honored.
