QR code اسکین کرنے سے پہلے چند ضروری باتیں:
- •اسکین شروع کرنے سے پہلے QR code کو کسی دوسرے ڈیوائس (لیپ ٹاپ یا دوسرے فون) پر کھولیں۔
- •پوری انسٹالیشن کے دوران Wi-Fi پر رہیں۔ درمیان میں کنکشن ٹوٹنے سے خرابی آ سکتی ہے۔
- •ہر QR code صرف ایک بار اسکین ہوتا ہے۔ کامیاب اسکین کے بعد کوڈ ختم ہو جاتا ہے اور دوبارہ استعمال نہیں ہو سکتا۔
- •انسٹالیشن کے بعد eSIM کو ڈیلیٹ نہ کریں۔ eSIM ایک بار انسٹال ہونے کے بعد ڈیوائسز کے درمیان منتقل نہیں ہوتا، لہٰذا اسے حذف کرنے کا مطلب آپ کا پلان کھو دینا ہے۔
دستی انسٹالیشن شروع کرنے سے پہلے چند ضروری باتیں:
- •ہر دستی ایکٹیویشن کوڈ صرف ایک بار استعمال ہوتا ہے۔ اسے کسی کو نہ دیں اور دو بار داخل نہ کریں۔
- •پوری انسٹالیشن کے دوران مستحکم Wi-Fi کنکشن رکھیں۔ کنکشن ٹوٹنے سے انسٹالیشن ادھوری رہ سکتی ہے۔
- •یہ eSIM انسٹال ہوتے ہی آپ کے ڈیوائس سے منسلک ہو جاتا ہے اور دوسرے فون میں منتقل نہیں ہو سکتا، اس لیے اسے تب تک نہ ہٹائیں جب تک ضرورت ہو۔

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.
