Ein paar Hinweise vor dem Scannen des QR-Codes:
- •Öffne den QR-Code auf einem zweiten Gerät (Laptop oder ein anderes Telefon), bevor du anfängst zu scannen.
- •Bleibe während der gesamten Installation im Wi-Fi. Ein Verbindungsverlust während der Installation kann Fehler verursachen.
- •Jeder QR-Code funktioniert nur für einen Scan. Nach einem erfolgreichen Scan läuft er ab und kann nicht erneut verwendet werden.
- •Lösche die eSIM nach der Installation nicht. Eine eSIM ist nicht zwischen Geräten übertragbar. Wer sie löscht, verliert seinen Abo.
Ein paar Hinweise vor der manuellen Installation:
- •Jeder manuelle Aktivierungscode ist einmalig verwendbar. Teile ihn nicht und gib ihn nicht zweimal ein.
- •Halte während der gesamten Installation eine stabile Wi-Fi-Verbindung aufrecht. Ein Verbindungsabbruch kann die Installation unterbrechen.
- •Diese eSIM ist nach der Installation an dein Gerät gebunden. Sie ist nicht auf ein anderes Telefon übertragbar. Entferne sie also nicht, solange du sie noch benötigst.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.

FAQ
HelloRoam eSIM samsung unterstützte Modelle sind Galaxy S20 bis S24 (Plus, Ultra und FE), Z Fold 2-5, Z Flip bis Z Flip5 und die Note 20-Serie. Dein Gerät braucht OneUI 3.0 oder neuer (Android 11+). Die meisten A-Serie-Einstiegsmodelle besitzen keine eSIM-Hardware. Prüfe deine Modellspezifikationen, bevor du einen Abo kaufst.
Die SIM-Kartenverwaltung auf dem Samsung Galaxy befindet sich unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung. In OneUI 6.0 und neuer heisst sie möglicherweise SIM-Kartenverwaltung am gleichen Pfad. Wenn du sie nicht findest, gib SIM-Kartenverwaltung in die Einstellungssuche ein.
Eine HelloRoam eSIM lässt sich auf dem Samsung auch ohne QR-Code installieren, mit manueller Eingabe. Öffne Einstellungen, dann Verbindungen, dann SIM-Kartenverwaltung, dann eSIM hinzufügen und wähle Aktivierungscode manuell eingeben. Tippe die SM-DP+-Adresse und den Aktivierungscode aus deiner HelloRoam-Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein. Beide Codes kommen in derselben E-Mail innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach dem Kauf.
Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ und S24 Ultra unterstützen Dual eSIM, sodass zwei eSIM-Profile gleichzeitig aktiv sein können, ohne physische SIM-Karte. Das ist praktisch für Schweizer Reisende nach Italien, Spanien oder Japan, die ihre Schweizer Nummer aktiv halten und gleichzeitig einen lokalen Datenplan nutzen möchten. Verwalte beide Leitungen unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung.
