Installationsmethode wählen
Ein paar Hinweise, bevor du den QR-Code scannst:
- •Öffne den QR-Code auf einem zweiten Gerät (Laptop oder ein anderes Smartphone), bevor du mit dem Scannen beginnst.
- •Bleibe während des gesamten Vorgangs im WLAN. Ein Verbindungsabbruch beim Scannen kann Fehler verursachen.
- •Jeder QR-Code gilt nur für einen Scan. Nach erfolgreichem Scan ist er nicht mehr verwendbar.
- •Lösche die eSIM nach der Installation nicht. Eine eSIM ist nicht zwischen Geräten übertragbar. Das Löschen bedeutet den Verlust deines Tarifs.
Ein paar Hinweise, bevor du mit der manuellen Installation beginnst:
- •Jeder manuelle Aktivierungscode ist nur einmal verwendbar. Teile ihn nicht und gib ihn nicht zweimal ein.
- •Halte während des gesamten Vorgangs eine stabile WLAN-Verbindung aufrecht. Ein Verbindungsabbruch kann die Installation unterbrechen.
- •Diese eSIM ist nach der Installation auf dein Gerät gebunden. Eine eSIM ist nicht auf ein anderes Smartphone übertragbar. Entferne sie also nicht, wenn du sie noch brauchst.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

FAQs
Samsung-Smartphones mit eSIM-Unterstützung sind die Galaxy-S-Serie ab S20 (S20, S21, S22, S23, S24 inklusive Plus-, Ultra- und FE-Modelle), Galaxy Z Fold 2 bis Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip bis Z Flip 5 sowie die Galaxy Note 20-Serie. Dein Gerät braucht OneUI 3.0 oder neuer (Android 11+). Budget-Modelle der A-Serie wie Galaxy A51 sind nicht eSIM-fähig. Prüfe die technischen Daten deines Modells, bevor du einen Tarif kaufst. Den SIM-Manager auf Samsung Galaxy findest du unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung. Bei OneUI 6.0 und neuer erscheint er möglicherweise als SIM-Karten-Manager unter demselben Pfad. Falls du ihn nicht siehst, gib SIM-Manager in die Einstellungssuche ein.
Eine HelloRoam eSIM lässt sich auf Samsung auch ohne QR-Code installieren. Öffne Einstellungen, gehe zu Verbindungen, tippe auf SIM-Kartenverwaltung, dann auf eSIM hinzufügen und wähle Details manuell eingeben. Tipp die SM-DP+-Adresse und den Aktivierungscode aus deiner HelloRoam-Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein. Beide Codes kommen in derselben E-Mail, innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach dem Kauf.
Das Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ und S24 Ultra unterstützen Dual-eSIM: Zwei eSIM-Profile können gleichzeitig aktiv sein, ganz ohne physische SIM-Karte. Ideal für Reisende, die ihre Heimatnummer aktiv halten und gleichzeitig einen lokalen HelloRoam Datentarif nutzen möchten. Verwalte beide Leitungen unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung. Achtung: Eine einmal installierte eSIM ist nicht auf ein anderes Gerät übertragbar.
Probiere diese vier Schritte, wenn dein Samsung den eSIM-QR-Code nicht liest: OneUI aktualisieren, prüfen ob das Gerät netzfreigeschaltet ist, Kameraobjektiv reinigen und den Code bei guter Beleuchtung aus ca. 15 cm scannen. Klappt das nicht, nutze die manuelle Eingabe. Öffne den SIM-Manager, tippe auf eSIM hinzufügen, wähle Code manuell eingeben und tipp SM-DP+-Adresse und Aktivierungscode ein.
