Lo que debes saber antes de escanear el QR code:
- •Abre el QR code en un segundo dispositivo (computadora u otro celular) antes de empezar a escanear.
- •Quédate en Wi-Fi durante todo el proceso. Perder la conexión a mitad de la instalación puede causar errores.
- •Cada QR code funciona para un solo escaneo. Después de escanearlo con éxito, el código expira y no puedes usarlo de nuevo.
- •No borres la eSIM después de instalarla. Una eSIM no es transferible entre dispositivos una vez instalada, así que borrarla significa perder tu plan.
Lo que debes saber antes de iniciar la instalación manual:
- •Cada Activation Code de instalación manual es de un solo uso. No lo compartas ni lo ingreses dos veces.
- •Mantén una conexión Wi-Fi estable durante todo el proceso. Si se cae la conexión, la instalación puede fallar.
- •Esta eSIM queda vinculada a tu dispositivo al instalarla. No es transferible a otro celular, así que no la elimines a menos que ya no la necesites.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.

Preguntas frecuentes
HelloRoam es compatible con los Samsung Galaxy S20 hasta S24 (Plus, Ultra y FE), Z Fold 2 al 5, Z Flip hasta Z Flip5 y la serie Note 20. Tu celular necesita OneUI 3.0 o superior (Android 11 en adelante). La mayoría de los modelos de gama media de la serie A no tienen hardware eSIM, así que revisa las especificaciones de tu modelo antes de comprar un plan.
Samsung Galaxy guarda la configuración eSIM en SIM Manager, que encuentras en Settings > Connections > SIM Manager. En OneUI 6.0 y versiones más nuevas puede aparecer como SIM card manager en la misma ruta. Si no lo encuentras, escribe SIM Manager en el buscador de Settings y aparece de inmediato.
Puedes instalar una eSIM de HelloRoam en tu Samsung sin escanear un QR code, usando la entrada manual. Ve a Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM y elige Enter activation code manually. Escribe la dirección SM-DP+ y el Activation Code que llegaron a tu correo de confirmación de HelloRoam. Ambos códigos llegan en el mismo correo en menos de 5 minutos después de tu compra.
