在 Samsung Galaxy 上前往設定 > 連線 > SIM 卡管理員，開始安裝 eSIM。
如果已在筆電或另一支手機上開啟 QR 碼，選擇以 QR 碼安裝。

選擇安裝方式
掃描 QR 碼前，請注意以下幾點：
- •掃描前先在第二台裝置（筆電或另一支手機）開啟 QR 碼。
- •全程保持 Wi-Fi 連線。安裝途中斷線可能發生錯誤。
- •每個 QR 碼只能掃描一次。掃描成功後代碼即失效，無法再次使用。
- •安裝後請勿刪除 eSIM。eSIM 安裝後即綁定此裝置，無法轉移至其他裝置，刪除即代表失去方案。
手動安裝前，請注意以下幾點：
- •每組手動啟用代碼只能使用一次。請勿分享或重複輸入。
- •全程保持穩定的 Wi-Fi 連線。連線中斷可能導致安裝失敗。
- •eSIM 安裝後即綁定你的裝置，無法轉移至其他手機。如果不再需要，才可考慮移除。

Open your phone Settings and go to Connections. Make sure you have a working internet connection before you continue.

3. Add your eSIM

4. Installation Options
Choose how you want to install your eSIM: scan a QR code or enter the activation details by hand.

Point your camera at the QR code in your HelloRoam email to scan and load your eSIM profile automatically.

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs, tap HelloRoam, and confirm Roaming is switched on.

- OneUI 6.0 以上版本用戶OneUI 6.0 以上版本，SIM 卡管理員可能以「SIM 卡管理員」形式顯示，路徑為設定 > 連線。操作步驟相同。
- 雙 eSIM 支援Galaxy S24 支援同時執行兩個 eSIM。去日本或韓國旅遊時，可以保留台灣號碼，同時使用 HelloRoam 旅遊流量方案。
- 先更新系統保持 OneUI 為最新版本可減少 eSIM 錯誤。出發前先更新你的 Galaxy。
常見問題
Samsung Galaxy 支援 eSIM 的型號包括 S20 至 S24 系列（含 Plus、Ultra、FE 版本）、Z Fold 2 至 Z Fold 5、Z Flip 至 Z Flip5，以及 Note 20 系列。手機需搭載 OneUI 3.0 以上版本（Android 11+）。大多數 A 系列平價機型不含 eSIM 硬體，購買前請先確認你的型號規格。
Samsung Galaxy 的 SIM 卡管理員位於設定 > 連線 > SIM 卡管理員。OneUI 6.0 以上版本可能顯示為「SIM 卡管理員」，路徑相同。找不到的話，在設定搜尋欄輸入「SIM 卡管理員」即可立即找到。
你可以不掃 QR 碼，改用手動輸入方式在 Samsung 上安裝 HelloRoam eSIM。前往設定 > 連線 > SIM 卡管理員 > 新增 eSIM，選擇「手動輸入詳細資料」。輸入 HelloRoam 確認信中的 SM-DP+ 位址與啟用代碼，購買後 5 分鐘內信件即會到達。
Samsung Galaxy S24、S24 Plus 和 S24 Ultra 均支援雙 eSIM，可同時執行兩個 eSIM 設定檔，不需實體 SIM 卡。要去日本或韓國旅遊的台灣用戶很適合這種設定，出國時可保留本地號碼並同時使用旅遊流量方案。兩條線路均可在設定 > 連線 > SIM 卡管理員中管理。
可嘗試以下 4 個步驟：更新 OneUI、確認手機已解鎖、清潔相機鏡頭，並在良好光線下距離 QR 碼約 15 公分掃描。如果都不行，請改用手動輸入。前往 SIM 卡管理員，點選新增 eSIM，選擇手動輸入代碼，填入 HelloRoam 信中的 SM-DP+ 位址與啟用代碼。仍有問題？HelloRoam 客服通常在 2 小時內回覆。
