在 Google Pixel 上前往設定 > 網路和網際網路 > SIM 卡，開始安裝 eSIM。
如果已在另一台裝置上開啟 QR 碼，選擇以 QR 碼安裝。

掃描 QR 碼前，請注意以下幾點：
- •在第二台裝置（筆電或另一支手機）開啟 QR 碼，再用 Pixel 掃描。
- •全程保持 Wi-Fi 連線穩定。掃描途中斷線可能發生錯誤。
- •QR 碼只能使用一次。掃描成功後即失效，無法再次掃描。
- •安裝後請勿刪除 eSIM。eSIM 已綁定此裝置，無法移動或重複使用。
手動安裝前，請注意以下幾點：
- •每組手動啟用代碼只能使用一次。請勿分享或重複輸入。
- •全程保持 Wi-Fi 連線。安裝途中斷線可能導致錯誤。
- •eSIM 安裝後即綁定你的 Pixel，無法轉移至其他裝置。移除後即無法再次使用。

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs, tap HelloRoam, and confirm Roaming is switched on.

- eSIM 轉移：設定新 Pixel 時，可以在裝置設定流程中無線轉移 HelloRoam eSIM。注意：HelloRoam eSIM 安裝後即綁定原始裝置，在此設定流程以外無法轉移。
- 雙 eSIM（Pixel 9）：Pixel 9、9 Pro 和 9 Pro XL 可同時執行兩個 eSIM。保留台灣號碼的同時，使用 HelloRoam 旅遊流量方案。
- 快速設定：Pixel 原生 Android 的設定步驟是所有 Android 裝置中最少的。大多數旅客 2 分鐘內即可完成連線。
- Android 15 用戶：Android 15 的 SIM 路徑已更改為設定 > 網路和網際網路 > 網際網路 > 點選 SIM 卡旁的加號圖示。

Google Pixel 支援 eSIM 的型號從 Pixel 3 起的所有機型均相容。完整清單包含 Pixel 3、3 XL、3a、3a XL、4、4 XL、4a、4a 5G、5、5a 5G、6、6 Pro、6a、7、7 Pro、7a、8、8 Pro、8a、9、9 Pro、9 Pro XL 及 Pixel Fold。需搭載 Android 9.0（Pie）以上版本。Pixel 10 已改為純 eSIM 設計，不再有實體 SIM 卡插槽。
Google Pixel 的 eSIM 設定位於設定 > 網路和網際網路 > SIM 卡 > 新增 SIM 卡。Android 15（Pixel 9 系列）的路徑為設定 > 網路和網際網路 > 網際網路，點選 SIM 卡旁的加號圖示。找不到的話，在設定搜尋欄輸入「SIM」即可找到。
你可以不掃 QR 碼，在 Google Pixel 上用手動方式安裝 HelloRoam eSIM。前往設定 > 網路和網際網路 > SIM 卡 > 新增 SIM 卡，選擇手動輸入啟用代碼。填入 HelloRoam 信中的 SM-DP+ 位址與啟用代碼。所有支援 eSIM 的 Pixel 型號均提供手動輸入選項，不受 Android 版本限制。
Google Pixel 9、9 Pro 和 9 Pro XL 支援雙 eSIM，可同時執行兩個 eSIM 設定檔，不需實體 SIM 卡。台灣旅客前往法國或日本時，這個設定非常方便，可以保留台灣號碼，同時使用 HelloRoam 旅遊流量方案。Pixel 8、7 和 6 系列支援一個 eSIM 加上一張實體 SIM 卡，可在設定 > 網路和網際網路 > SIM 卡管理兩條線路。
Google Pixel 手機從 Pixel 7 起支援在新裝置設定期間無線轉移 eSIM。設定新 Pixel 時，按照畫面提示即可從舊裝置轉移設定檔。HelloRoam eSIM 安裝後即綁定原始裝置，無法轉移至其他裝置。如果無線轉移失敗，請聯絡 HelloRoam 客服，團隊通常在 2 小時內重新發送 QR 碼。
在 Pixel 上確認 eSIM 支援的方式：前往設定 > 網路和網際網路 > 行動網路，查看是否有 eSIM 或 SIM 卡選項。Pixel 9 在所有主要電信業者均支援 eSIM。你也可以在 Google 支援頁面搜尋你的 Pixel 型號，在購買方案前確認相容性。
