5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Puteți instala un eSIM HelloRoam pe Google Pixel fără cod QR. Mergeți la Setări > Rețea și Internet > SIM-uri > Adăugați SIM, apoi alegeți să introduceți codul de activare manual. Tastați adresa SM-DP+ și codul de activare din e-mailul HelloRoam. Pașii exacți diferă ușor în funcție de versiunea Android.
Google Pixel 9, 9 Pro și 9 Pro XL acceptă dual eSIM, adică două profile eSIM pot fi active simultan fără cartelă SIM fizică. Pixel 8, 7 și seria 6 acceptă un eSIM plus o cartelă SIM fizică. Gestionați SIM-urile la Setări > Rețea și Internet > SIM-uri.
Telefoanele Google Pixel transferă un eSIM wireless în timpul configurării unui telefon nou. La configurarea noului Pixel, urmați instrucțiunea de pe ecran pentru a transferan eSIM-ul de pe vechiul Pixel. Dacă transferul wireless eșuează, contactați suportul HelloRoam la help@helloroam.com pentru a primi un cod QR nou pentru noul dispozitiv. Rețineți că eSIM-ul HelloRoam nu este transferabil odată instalat.
Verificați compatibilitatean eSIM pe Pixel deschizând Setări > Rețea și Internet > Rețea mobilă și căutând o opțiune eSIM sau SIM. Pixel 9 acceptă eSIM și este compatibil la toți operatorii. Puteți verifica și modelul specific Pixel pe site-ul de suport Google pentru a confirma compatibilitatea.
