Beberapa perkara yang perlu anda tahu sebelum mengimbas kod QR:
- •Buka kod QR pada peranti kedua (laptop atau telefon lain) supaya anda boleh imbas dengan Pixel anda.
- •Pastikan sambungan Wi-Fi stabil sepanjang masa. Putus sambungan semasa imbasan menyebabkan ralat.
- •Kod QR hanya boleh digunakan sekali. Setelah diimbas, ia tidak boleh diimbas lagi.
- •Jangan padam eSIM selepas dipasang. Ia terikat pada peranti ini dan tidak boleh dipindahkan atau digunakan semula.
Beberapa perkara yang perlu anda tahu sebelum memulakan pemasangan manual:
- •Setiap kod pengaktifan manual hanya boleh digunakan sekali. Jangan kongsi atau masukkan dua kali.
- •Kekal pada Wi-Fi sepanjang masa. Kehilangan sambungan semasa pemasangan boleh menyebabkan ralat.
- •Setelah dipasang, eSIM ini terkunci pada Pixel anda. Membuangnya bermakna anda tidak boleh gunakannya lagi.

4. Installation Options

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Petua Google Pixel yang Berguna
- Pemindahan eSIM:Semasa menyediakan Pixel baharu, anda boleh pindahkan eSIM HelloRoam secara tanpa wayar semasa aliran persediaan peranti. Perlu diingat: eSIM HelloRoam terikat pada peranti asal dan tidak boleh dipindahkan setelah dipasang di luar aliran persediaan ini.
- Dwi eSIM (Pixel 9):Pixel 9, 9 Pro, dan 9 Pro XL menjalankan dua eSIM aktif serentak. Kekalkan nombor Malaysia anda dan guna pelan data perjalanan tempatan pada masa yang sama.
- Persediaan Pantas:Android asal pada Pixel mempunyai langkah persediaan paling sedikit berbanding mana-mana peranti Android. Kebanyakan pengembara bersambung dalam masa kurang 2 minit.
- Pengguna Android 15:Pada Android 15, laluan SIM berubah ke Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > Internet > ketik ikon + bersebelahan SIM.
Soalan Lazim
Google Pixel menyokong eSIM bermula dari Pixel 3 dan seterusnya. Model yang disokong termasuk Pixel 3 hingga 9 serta Pixel Fold. Anda memerlukan Android 9.0 (Pie) atau lebih baharu untuk menggunakannya. Pixel 10 beroperasi sepenuhnya dengan eSIM tanpa slot SIM fizikal. Sesuai untuk pengembara Malaysia ke Jepun atau Indonesia.
Tetapan eSIM pada Google Pixel 7 dan kebanyakan model Pixel berada di Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > SIM > Tambah SIM. Pada Android 15 (siri Pixel 9), laluannya ialah Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > Internet, kemudian ketik ikon tambah bersebelahan SIM. Jika anda tidak menemuinya, cari 'SIM' dalam bar carian Tetapan.
Anda boleh pasang eSIM HelloRoam pada Google Pixel tanpa kod QR. Pergi ke Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > SIM > Tambah SIM dan pilih untuk masukkan kod pengaktifan secara manual. Taip alamat SM-DP+ dan kod pengaktifan daripada e-mel HelloRoam anda. Langkah tepat mungkin berbeza sedikit mengikut versi Android, tetapi pilihan manual tersedia pada semua model Pixel yang disokong.
Google Pixel 9, 9 Pro, dan 9 Pro XL menyokong dwi eSIM, bermakna dua profil eSIM berjalan serentak tanpa SIM fizikal. Ini sesuai untuk pengembara Malaysia ke Paris atau Tokyo yang mahu kekalkan nombor rumah sambil guna pelan data tempatan. Pixel 8, 7, dan siri 6 menyokong satu eSIM campur satu SIM fizikal. Urus SIM di Tetapan > Rangkaian & Internet > SIM.
Telefon Google Pixel menyokong pemindahan eSIM tanpa wayar semasa persediaan peranti baharu bermula dari Pixel 7. eSIM HelloRoam terikat pada peranti asal dan tidak boleh dipindahkan setelah dipasang. Jika pemindahan tanpa wayar gagal, hubungi sokongan HelloRoam dan pasukan akan keluarkan kod QR baharu dalam masa lebih kurang 2 jam.
