Algunas cosas que debes saber antes de escanear el código QR:
- •Abre el código QR en un segundo dispositivo (tu portátil u otro móvil) para poder escanearlo con tu Pixel.
- •Mantén la conexión Wi-Fi estable durante todo el proceso. Perder la conexión a mitad del escaneo causa errores.
- •El código QR es de un solo uso. Una vez escaneado, no puede volver a escanearse.
- •No elimines la eSIM después de instalarla. Está vinculada a este dispositivo y no puede transferirse ni reutilizarse.
Algunas cosas que debes saber antes de iniciar la instalación manual:
- •Cada código de activación manual es de un solo uso. No lo compartas ni lo introduzcas dos veces.
- •Permanece conectado al Wi-Fi durante todo el proceso. Perder la conexión puede causar errores.
- •Una vez instalada, esta eSIM queda vinculada a tu Pixel. Eliminarla significa que no podrás volver a usarla.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Consejos útiles para Google Pixel
- Transferencia de eSIM:Al configurar un nuevo Pixel, puedes transferir tu eSIM HelloRoam de forma inalámbrica durante el proceso de configuración del dispositivo. Ten en cuenta que HelloRoam eSIM queda vinculada a tu dispositivo original y no es transferible una vez instalada fuera de este proceso de configuración.
- eSIM dual (Pixel 9):El Pixel 9, 9 Pro y 9 Pro XL ejecutan dos eSIM activas a la vez. Mantén tu número español activo y usa un plan de datos de viaje local al mismo tiempo.

Google Pixel 7 es compatible con eSIM, al igual que todos los Pixel desde el Pixel 3 en adelante. La lista completa incluye Pixel 3, 3 XL, 3a, 3a XL, 4, 4 XL, 4a, 4a 5G, 5, 5a 5G, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL y Pixel Fold. Necesitas Android 9.0 (Pie) o posterior. El Pixel 10 es exclusivamente eSIM sin ranura para SIM física.
La opción eSIM en el Google Pixel 7 y la mayoría de modelos Pixel se encuentra en Ajustes > Red e internet > SIMs > Añadir SIM. En Android 15 (serie Pixel 9), ve a Ajustes > Red e internet > Internet y pulsa el icono de más junto a SIMs. Si no lo encuentras, escribe 'SIM' en el buscador de Ajustes.
HelloRoam eSIM se puede instalar en Google Pixel sin código QR. Ve a Ajustes > Red e internet > SIMs > Añadir SIM y elige introducir el código de activación manualmente. Escribe la dirección SM-DP+ y el código de activación de tu correo de HelloRoam. Los pasos exactos varían ligeramente según la versión de Android, pero la opción manual está disponible en todos los modelos Pixel compatibles.
Google Pixel 9, 9 Pro y 9 Pro XL admiten dual eSIM, lo que significa que dos perfiles eSIM funcionan a la vez sin necesidad de SIM física. Es una opción ideal para viajeros españoles que van a París o Tokio y quieren mantener su número activo mientras usan un plan de datos local. Los Pixel 8, 7 y la serie 6 admiten una eSIM más una SIM física. Gestiona las SIM en Ajustes > Red e internet > SIMs.
Los Google Pixel admiten transferencia inalámbrica de eSIM durante la configuración de un nuevo dispositivo a partir del Pixel 7. Sigue el aviso en pantalla al configurar tu nuevo Pixel para mover el perfil desde el dispositivo anterior. HelloRoam eSIM queda vinculada al dispositivo original y no es transferible una vez instalada, por lo que si la transferencia inalámbrica falla, el equipo de soporte de HelloRoam emite un nuevo código QR en un plazo medio de 2 horas.
Comprueba si tu Pixel es compatible con eSIM abriendo Ajustes > Red e internet > Red móvil y buscando una opción de eSIM o SIM. El Pixel 9 admite eSIM en todos los operadores españoles. También puedes buscar el número de modelo de tu Pixel en el sitio de soporte de Google para confirmar la compatibilidad antes de comprar un plan.
