Chọn phương thức cài đặt
Một vài điều cần biết trước khi quét mã QR:
- •Mở mã QR trên thiết bị thứ hai (laptop hoặc điện thoại khác) để quét bằng Pixel.
- •Giữ kết nối Wifi ổn định trong suốt quá trình. Mất mạng khi đang quét sẽ gây lỗi.
- •Mã QR chỉ dùng một lần. Sau khi quét xong, không thể quét lại.
- •Đừng xóa eSIM sau khi cài. eSIM được gắn với thiết bị này và không thể chuyển hoặc dùng lại.
Một vài điều cần biết trước khi cài thủ công:
- •Mỗi mã kích hoạt thủ công chỉ dùng một lần. Đừng chia sẻ hoặc nhập hai lần.
- •Giữ kết nối Wifi trong suốt quá trình. Mất mạng giữa chừng có thể gây lỗi.
- •Sau khi cài, eSIM này bị khóa vào Pixel của bạn. Xóa đi sẽ không dùng lại được nữa.

4. Installation Options
Choose how you want to install your eSIM: scan a QR code or enter the activation details by hand.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

6. Add mobile plan
Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Mẹo Hay Cho Người Dùng Google Pixel
- Chuyển eSIM:Khi thiết lập Pixel mới, bạn có thể chuyển HelloRoam eSIM không dây trong quy trình cài đặt máy. Lưu ý: HelloRoam eSIM được gắn với thiết bị gốc và không thể chuyển sau khi đã cài đặt ngoài quy trình này.
- Dual eSIM (Pixel 9):Pixel 9, 9 Pro và 9 Pro XL chạy hai eSIM cùng lúc. Giữ nguyên số điện thoại Việt Nam và dùng gói data địa phương khi đến Nhật Bản hay Hàn Quốc.
- Cài nhanh:Android thuần trên Pixel có ít bước thiết lập nhất so với mọi thiết bị Android khác. Hầu hết người dùng kết nối xong trong dưới 2 phút.
- Người dùng Android 15:Trên Android 15, đường dẫn SIM đã thay đổi thành Settings > Network & Internet > Internet > nhấn biểu tượng dấu cộng bên cạnh SIMs.
Câu hỏi thường gặp
Google Pixel hỗ trợ eSIM từ dòng Pixel 3 trở đi, bao gồm Pixel 3, 3 XL, 3a, 3a XL, 4, 4 XL, 4a, 4a 5G, 5, 5a 5G, 6, 6 Pro, 6a, 7, 7 Pro, 7a, 8, 8 Pro, 8a, 9, 9 Pro, 9 Pro XL và Pixel Fold. Điện thoại cần Android 9.0 (Pie) trở lên. Pixel 10 chỉ dùng eSIM, không có khe SIM vật lý.
Tùy chọn eSIM trên Google Pixel nằm tại Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM. Trên Android 15 (dòng Pixel 9), vào Settings > Network & Internet > Internet, rồi nhấn biểu tượng dấu cộng bên cạnh SIMs. Nếu không tìm thấy, gõ từ khóa SIM vào thanh tìm kiếm trong Settings.
HelloRoam eSIM có thể cài trên Google Pixel mà không cần mã QR. Vào Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add SIM và chọn nhập mã kích hoạt thủ công. Điền địa chỉ SM-DP+ và mã kích hoạt từ email HelloRoam của bạn. Tùy phiên bản Android có thể khác đôi chút, nhưng tùy chọn thủ công có mặt trên tất cả Pixel tương thích.
Google Pixel 9, 9 Pro và 9 Pro XL hỗ trợ dual eSIM, tức hai eSIM chạy cùng lúc. Phù hợp khi đi Thái Lan hay Nhật Bản mà vẫn giữ số Việt Nam. Dòng Pixel 8, 7 và 6 hỗ trợ một eSIM cộng một SIM vật lý. Quản lý SIM tại Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs.
HelloRoam eSIM được gắn với thiết bị gốc và không thể chuyển sang thiết bị khác sau khi cài đặt. Google Pixel 7 trở lên hỗ trợ chuyển eSIM không dây trong quá trình thiết lập máy mới. Nếu tính năng này không hoạt động, hãy liên hệ đội ngũ HelloRoam, chúng tôi sẽ cấp mã QR mới trong khoảng 2 giờ.
Bạn kiểm tra hỗ trợ eSIM trên Pixel bằng cách mở Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile network và tìm tùy chọn eSIM hoặc SIM. Tính đến tháng 3 năm 2026, Pixel 9 hỗ trợ eSIM trên mọi nhà mạng quốc tế. Tìm số model Pixel trên trang hỗ trợ Google để xác nhận trước khi mua gói.
