Cách cài eSIM lên
iPhone và iPad
Trên iPhone, mở Settings, chọn Cellular hoặc Mobile Data, rồi nhấn Add Cellular Plan để bắt đầu thiết lập eSIM.
Nếu mã QR đang hiển thị trên màn hình hoặc thiết bị khác, nhấn Install with QR Code để quét.

Chọn phương thức cài đặt
Trước khi cài đặt bằng mã QR, lưu ý những điểm sau:
- •Hiển thị mã QR trên thiết bị khác hoặc bản in. Bạn không thể quét mã QR từ chính màn hình đang dùng để cài đặt.
- •Giữ kết nối Wifi ổn định trong suốt quá trình cài đặt.
- •Mỗi mã QR chỉ quét được một lần. Không chia sẻ mã với ai.
- •Không xóa eSIM khỏi thiết bị. eSIM không thể chuyển sang máy khác sau khi cài.
Trước khi cài đặt thủ công, lưu ý những điểm sau:
- •Mã kích hoạt chỉ dùng một lần. Mỗi mã chỉ hoạt động một lần duy nhất.
- •Giữ kết nối Wifi ổn định trong suốt quá trình cài đặt.
- •Không xóa eSIM khỏi điện thoại. eSIM không thể chuyển sang thiết bị khác sau khi cài, nên xóa đi là mất gói cước.

1. Open Settings
Open Settings. Tap Mobile Data (or Cellular), then Add eSIM or Add Data Plan, then Use QR Code, then Enter Details Manually.

Copy the SM-DP+ address and Activation Code from your HelloRoam email and paste each into the matching field. Tap Next.
