Cài đặt Network & Internet trên Android hiển thị tùy chọn Mobile Network để kích hoạt eSIM

Mở Settings, chọn Network & Internet, rồi chọn Mobile Network để bắt đầu cài đặt eSIM.

How do you confirm your eSIM is active?

Two quick ways to check:

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs, tap HelloRoam, and confirm Roaming is switched on.

HelloRoam eSIM hoạt động trên điện thoại Android chạy Android 9.0 (Pie) trở lên. Các dòng tương thích gồm Samsung Galaxy S20 trở lên, Google Pixel 3 trở lên, OnePlus 9 trở lên, Xiaomi 12T Pro và dòng 13, Oppo Find X3/X5 Pro và Nokia XR21. Không phải mọi điện thoại Android đều có phần cứng eSIM, hãy kiểm tra thông số máy trước khi mua gói.

Cài đặt eSIM nằm ở vị trí khác nhau tùy hãng máy. Trên Samsung (One UI): Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM. Trên Google Pixel: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add more. Trên OnePlus: Settings > Mobile Network > SIM Card Manager. Trên Xiaomi: Settings > SIM cards & mobile networks. Mỗi đường dẫn chỉ mất dưới 30 giây.

HelloRoam eSIM có thể cài trên Android mà không cần mã QR bằng cách dùng mã kích hoạt thủ công. Mở cài đặt eSIM, chọn Add eSIM hoặc Add mobile plan, chọn Enter activation code manually, rồi nhập địa chỉ SM-DP+ và mã kích hoạt từ email xác nhận HelloRoam. Quá trình chỉ mất khoảng 2 phút.

eSIM không thể chuyển sang thiết bị khác sau khi đã cài. Đây là quy định chuẩn của GSMA áp dụng cho tất cả nhà cung cấp eSIM. Nếu bạn đổi điện thoại Android, bạn cần mua gói eSIM mới. Điện thoại có thể không hiển thị tùy chọn eSIM nếu máy không có phần cứng eSIM, chạy Android dưới 9.0, hoặc bị khóa mạng.

Hầu hết điện thoại Android tương thích eSIM hỗ trợ một nano-SIM vật lý và một eSIM cùng lúc qua tính năng Dual SIM Dual Standby. Bạn chọn SIM nào dùng cho data di động trong phần cài đặt SIM. Giữ số Việt Nam trên SIM vật lý, dùng gói data HelloRoam eSIM khi du lịch Thái Lan, Nhật Bản hay Hàn Quốc.
