Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Les téléphones Android compatibles eSIM tournent sous Android 9.0 (Pie) ou supérieur et intègrent une puce eSIM dédiée. Les modèles compatibles incluent Samsung Galaxy S20 et plus récents, Google Pixel 3 et plus récents, OnePlus 9 et plus récents, Xiaomi 12T Pro et série 13, Oppo Find X3/X5 Pro, Motorola Razr 2019 et plus récents, et Nokia XR21. Tu peux installer un eSIM Android sans QR code en utilisant un code d'activation manuel. Ouvre les paramètres eSIM de ton téléphone, appuie sur Ajouter un eSIM, choisis Saisir le code d'activation manuellement, puis entre l'adresse SM-DP+ et le code depuis ton e-mail HelloRoam. Le processus prend environ 2 minutes sur tout Android compatible.
Un eSIM n'est pas transférable entre appareils une fois installé. Si tu changes de téléphone Android, tu as besoin d'un nouveau forfait eSIM. C'est la règle GSMA qui s'applique à tous les opérateurs. Ton téléphone peut aussi masquer l'option eSIM si le modèle ne dispose pas de la puce eSIM, s'il tourne sous Android en dessous de 9.0 (Pie), ou s'il est verrouillé opérateur. Vérifie les spécifications de ton appareil.
