Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

HelloRoam eSIM 方案適用於搭載 Android 9.0（Pie）或以上版本的 Android 電話。兼容型號包括 Samsung Galaxy S20 及以後、Google Pixel 3 及以後、OnePlus 9 及以後、Xiaomi 12T Pro 及 13 系列、Oppo Find X3/X5 Pro、Motorola Razr 2019 及以後，以及 Nokia XR21。並非所有 Android 電話均內建 eSIM 硬件，購買前請查閱您的型號規格。
eSIM 設定的位置因電話品牌而異。Samsung（One UI）：設定 > 連線 > SIM 卡管理員 > 加入 eSIM。Google Pixel：設定 > 網絡與互聯網 > SIM 卡 > 加入更多。OnePlus（OxygenOS）：設定 > 流動網絡 > SIM 卡管理員。Xiaomi（MIUI）：設定 > SIM 卡及流動網絡。每個路徑均可在 30 秒內找到。
Android 上毋需 QR code 亦可透過手動啟用代碼安裝 HelloRoam eSIM。開啟電話的 eSIM 設定，點選「加入 eSIM」或「加入流動方案」，選擇「手動輸入啟用代碼」，然後輸入 HelloRoam 確認電郵中的 SM-DP+ 地址及啟用代碼，整個過程約需 2 分鐘。
eSIM 安裝後無法在裝置之間轉移，更換 Android 電話時需要全新的 eSIM 方案，這是 GSMA 的標準規定，適用於所有 eSIM 供應商。如果您的 Android 電話不顯示 eSIM 選項，可能是因為型號不支援 eSIM 硬件、Android 版本低於 9.0（Pie），或裝置被電訊商鎖定。請查閱裝置規格並更新 Android 版本以確認 eSIM 支援情況。
