How do you confirm your eSIM is active?

Two quick ways to check:

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs, tap HelloRoam, and confirm Roaming is switched on.

إعداد eSIM يختلف مكانه حسب الماركة. على Samsung (One UI): Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM. على Google Pixel: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add more. على OnePlus (OxygenOS): Settings > Mobile Network > SIM Card Manager. على Xiaomi (MIUI): Settings > SIM cards & mobile networks. كل مسار يصل إليه في أقل من 30 ثانية.

HelloRoam eSIM يُثبَّت على Android بدون رمز QR باستخدام كود التفعيل اليدوي. افتح إعدادات eSIM على هاتفك، اضغط Add eSIM أو Add mobile plan، اختر Enter activation code manually، ثم اكتب عنوان SM-DP+ وكود التفعيل من بريد تأكيد HelloRoam. تستغرق العملية حوالي دقيقتين.

eSIM غير قابل للنقل بين الأجهزة بعد التثبيت. إذا استبدلت هاتف Android الخاص بك فستحتاج باقة eSIM جديدة. هذه قاعدة GSMA القياسية التي تسري على جميع مزودي eSIM. قد يُخفي هاتفك Android أيضاً خيار eSIM إذا كان الطراز لا يدعم hardware خاص بـ eSIM، أو يشغّل Android أقل من 9.0، أو مقفل على شبكة معينة. تحقق من مواصفات جهازك وحدّث إصدار Android.

معظم هواتف Android المتوافقة مع eSIM تشغّل شريحة nano-SIM مادية واحدة وeSIM واحدة في آنٍ واحد بتقنية Dual SIM Dual Standby. تختار أي شريحة تتولى البيانات عبر إعدادات SIM. أبقِ رقمك الأصلي على شريحة SIM المادية بينما تتولى باقة HelloRoam eSIM البيانات في الخارج، وهذا مناسب تماماً لرحلات تركيا والإمارات والسعودية.
