Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.

Puteți instala un eSIM HelloRoam pe Android fără QR code. Accesați setările eSIM ale telefonului, apăsați Adaugă eSIM sau Adaugă plan mobil, alegeți Introduceți codul de activare manual, apoi tastați adresa SM-DP+ și codul de activare din e-mailul HelloRoam. Procesul durează 3-5 minute pe orice dispozitiv Android 9.0+.
Telefonul Android nu afișează opțiunea eSIM din 5 motive: modelul nu suportă eSIM, Android este sub versiunea 9.0 (Pie), telefonul este blocat de operator, aveți modelul regional greșit sau software-ul nu este actualizat.
