Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Prüfe die technischen Daten deines Modells vor dem Kauf, da nicht jedes Android-Gerät den eSIM-Chip enthält.
Eine eSIM auf Android einrichten funktioniert so: Dein Gerät enthält einen eingebauten Chip, der ein digitales SIM-Profil per QR-Code oder Aktivierungscode speichert. Die eSIM-Einstellung liegt je nach Android-Hersteller an verschiedenen Orten. Samsung (One UI): Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Manager > eSIM hinzufügen. Google Pixel: Einstellungen > Netzwerk & Internet > SIMs > Weitere hinzufügen. OnePlus (OxygenOS): Einstellungen > Mobilfunknetz > SIM-Kartenverwaltung. Xiaomi (MIUI): Einstellungen > SIM-Karten und mobile Netzwerke. Jeder Weg dauert unter 30 Sekunden.
eSIM auf Android ohne QR-Code installieren dauert etwa 2 Minuten per manuellem Aktivierungscode. Öffne die eSIM-Einstellungen, tippe auf eSIM hinzufügen oder Mobilfunktarif hinzufügen, wähle Aktivierungscode manuell eingeben und gib die SM-DP+-Adresse und den Code aus deiner HelloRoam-Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein. Funktioniert auf jedem kompatiblen Android mit Android 9.0 oder neuer.
Eine einmal installierte eSIM ist nicht auf ein anderes Gerät übertragbar. Falls du dein Android-Handy wechselst, brauchst du einen neuen eSIM-Tarif. Diese Regel gilt nach GSMA-Standard für alle Anbieter. Dein Gerät versteckt die eSIM-Option möglicherweise, wenn das Modell keine eSIM-Hardware hat, Android unter 9.0 (Pie) läuft oder das Gerät netzgesperrt ist.
