5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

HelloRoam menyokong peranti Android yang menjalankan Android 9.0 (Pie) atau lebih baharu, termasuk Samsung Galaxy S20 dan lebih baharu, Google Pixel 3 dan lebih baharu, OnePlus 9 dan lebih baharu, Xiaomi 12T Pro dan siri 13, Oppo Find X3/X5 Pro, Motorola Razr 2019 dan lebih baharu, serta Nokia XR21. Tidak semua telefon Android dilengkapi perkakasan eSIM, jadi semak spesifikasi model anda sebelum membeli.
Lokasi tetapan eSIM berbeza mengikut jenama telefon. Pada Samsung (One UI): Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM. Pada Google Pixel: Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add more. Pada OnePlus (OxygenOS): Settings > Mobile Network > SIM Card Manager. Pada Xiaomi (MIUI): Settings > SIM cards & mobile networks. Setiap laluan mengambil masa kurang dari 30 saat untuk dicapai.
eSIM HelloRoam boleh dipasang pada Android tanpa kod QR menggunakan kod pengaktifan manual. Buka tetapan eSIM telefon anda, ketik Add eSIM atau Add mobile plan, pilih Enter activation code manually, kemudian taip alamat SM-DP+ dan kod pengaktifan daripada e-mel pengesahan HelloRoam anda. Prosesnya mengambil masa lebih kurang 2 minit.
eSIM tidak boleh dipindahkan antara peranti setelah dipasang. Jika anda menukar telefon Android, anda memerlukan pelan eSIM baharu. Peraturan GSMA standard ini terpakai kepada semua penyedia eSIM. Telefon Android anda juga boleh menyembunyikan pilihan eSIM jika model tidak menyokong perkakasan eSIM, menjalankan Android di bawah 9.0 (Pie), atau dikunci oleh operator.
