- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating if you are on an auto-activation plan.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier (Singtel, StarHub, or M1) does not charge you during setup.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you have it for offline reference when you arrive.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.

Compatible models for Singapore travellers include Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, OnePlus 9 and newer, Xiaomi 12T Pro and 13 series, Oppo Find X3 and X5 Pro, and Motorola Razr 2019 and newer. Not every Android phone ships with eSIM hardware, so check your model's spec sheet before purchase.
