بعض الأمور المهمة قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (لابتوب أو هاتف آخر) قبل البدء في المسح.
- •ابقَ على Wi-Fi طوال الوقت. فقدان الاتصال أثناء التثبيت يسبب أخطاء.
- •كل رمز QR يعمل لمسح واحد فقط. بعد المسح الناجح، ينتهي صلاحية الرمز ولا يمكن استخدامه مجدداً.
- •لا تحذف eSIM بعد التثبيت. eSIM مرتبط بهذا الجهاز ولا يمكن نقله، وحذفه يعني فقدان باقتك.
بعض الأمور المهمة قبل بدء التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل رمز تفعيل يدوي للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تدخله مرتين.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi طوال العملية. انقطاع الاتصال أثناء التثبيت قد يتسبب في أخطاء.
- •بمجرد التثبيت، يرتبط هذا eSIM بجهازك ولا يمكن نقله إلى هاتف آخر. لا تحذفه ما لم تكن لا تحتاجه.

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

6. Add mobile plan
Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

نصائح مفيدة لمستخدمي Samsung Galaxy
- مستخدمو OneUI 6.0 وأحدثفي واجهة OneUI 6.0 وأحدث، قد يظهر مدير SIM باسم «مدير شريحة SIM» تحت الإعدادات > الاتصالات.
- دعم شريحتَي eSIM معاًGalaxy S24 يدعم تشغيل شريحتَي eSIM في آنٍ واحد. أبقِ رقمك المصري نشطاً واستخدم باقة بيانات محلية في السعودية أو تركيا في نفس الوقت.
- حدّث أولاًتحديث واجهة OneUI إلى أحدث إصدار يقلل من أخطاء eSIM. حدّث Galaxy قبل السفر.
الأسئلة الشائعة
أجهزة Samsung Galaxy S20 وS21 وS22 وS23 وS24 بكل إصداراتها (Plus وUltra وFE) تدعم eSIM. كذلك Z Fold 2 حتى 5 وZ Flip وNote 20. يحتاج هاتفك إلى واجهة OneUI 3.0 أو أحدث (Android 11 فأكثر). معظم موديلات سلسلة A الاقتصادية لا تحتوي على شريحة eSIM، لذا تحقق من مواصفات موديلك قبل الشراء.
مدير SIM في Samsung Galaxy موجود في الإعدادات > الاتصالات > مدير SIM. في واجهة OneUI 6.0 وأحدث قد يظهر باسم «مدير شريحة SIM» في نفس المسار. لو ما لقيته، اكتب «مدير SIM» في خانة بحث الإعدادات وسيظهر فوراً.
تقدر تضيف HelloRoam eSIM على Samsung بدون مسح رمز QR، عبر الإدخال اليدوي. افتح الإعدادات > الاتصالات > مدير SIM > إضافة eSIM > أدخل تفاصيل يدوياً. اكتب عنوان SM-DP+ ورمز التفعيل من بريد HelloRoam الإلكتروني. الرمزان يصلانك في نفس الرسالة خلال 5 دقائق من الشراء.
Samsung Galaxy S24 وS24+ وS24 Ultra تدعم تشغيل شريحتَي eSIM في آنٍ واحد بدون شريحة فعلية. هذا مفيد جداً لو كنت مسافراً للسعودية أو تركيا وتريد إبقاء رقمك المصري نشطاً مع تشغيل باقة بيانات محلية. تحكّم في الخطين من الإعدادات > الاتصالات > مدير SIM.
جرّب هذه الحلول الأربعة: حدّث واجهة OneUI، تأكد أن الهاتف غير مقيّد بمشغل معين، نظّف عدسة الكاميرا، وامسح في إضاءة جيدة على بعد 15 سم تقريباً. إن لم ينجح أي منها، استخدم الإدخال اليدوي من مدير SIM. ما زلت تواجه مشكلة؟ دعم HelloRoam يرد في أقل من ساعتين.
