QR কোড স্ক্যান করার আগে কিছু জানা দরকার:
- •স্ক্যান শুরু করার আগে একটি দ্বিতীয় ডিভাইসে (ল্যাপটপ বা অন্য ফোনে) QR কোড খুলুন।
- •পুরো সময় Wi-Fi সংযোগে থাকুন। মাঝপথে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হলে ত্রুটি হতে পারে।
- •প্রতিটি QR কোড মাত্র একবার স্ক্যান করা যায়। সফলভাবে স্ক্যান হলে কোডটি মেয়াদোত্তীর্ণ হয়ে যায়।
- •ইনস্টল করার পর eSIM ডিলিট করবেন না। একবার ইনস্টল হলে এটি এই ডিভাইসেই থাকে এবং অন্যত্র স্থানান্তর করা যায় না, তাই ডিলিট মানে প্ল্যান হারানো।
ম্যানুয়াল ইনস্টল শুরু করার আগে কিছু জানা দরকার:
- •প্রতিটি ম্যানুয়াল অ্যাক্টিভেশন কোড একবারই ব্যবহার করা যায়। কোডটি কারো সাথে শেয়ার করবেন না এবং দুইবার এন্টার করবেন না।
- •পুরো ইনস্টলেশন জুড়ে স্থিতিশীল Wi-Fi সংযোগ রাখুন। সংযোগ কেটে গেলে ইনস্টল ব্যর্থ হতে পারে।
- •ইনস্টল করার পর এই eSIM আপনার ডিভাইসে লক হয়ে যায়। এটি অন্য ফোনে স্থানান্তরযোগ্য নয়, তাই প্রয়োজন না থাকলে ডিলিট করবেন না।

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

HelloRoam Galaxy S20 থেকে S24 (Plus, Ultra এবং FE ভেরিয়েন্ট), Z Fold 2-5, Z Flip থেকে Z Flip5 এবং Note 20 সিরিজে কাজ করে। ফোনে OneUI 3.0 বা পরবর্তী (Android 11+) থাকতে হবে। বেশিরভাগ A-সিরিজের বাজেট মডেলে eSIM হার্ডওয়্যার নেই, তাই প্ল্যান কেনার আগে আপনার মডেলের স্পেসিফিকেশন যাচাই করুন।
