掃瞄 QR code 前，請留意以下事項：

- •全程保持 Wi-Fi 連線。安裝途中斷線可能導致錯誤。
- •每個 QR code 只可掃瞄一次。成功掃瞄後，代碼即失效，不可再用。
- •安裝後請勿刪除 eSIM。eSIM 一旦安裝即與裝置綁定，刪除後方案將無法恢復。

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.
Your eSIM is live. You're connected and ready to use data in 185+ countries.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

- 先更新系統保持 OneUI 為最新版本有助減少 eSIM 錯誤。出發前先更新您的 Galaxy。
常見問題
Samsung Galaxy S20 至 S24 系列（包括 Plus、Ultra 及 FE 版本）、Z Fold 2-5、Z Flip 至 Z Flip5，以及 Note 20 系列均支援 eSIM。電話需搭載 OneUI 3.0 或以上版本（Android 11+）。大部分 A 系列入門型號不具備 eSIM 硬件，購買方案前請先核實您的型號規格。
Samsung Galaxy 的 eSIM 設定位於 SIM卡管理員，路徑為設定 > 連線 > SIM卡管理員。在 OneUI 6.0 或以上版本，同一路徑下可能顯示為「SIM 卡管理員」。找不到的話，在設定的搜尋欄輸入「SIM」即可立即找到。
您可以在 Samsung 上以手動方式安裝 HelloRoam eSIM，毋需掃瞄 QR code。開啟設定，點選連線，再點選 SIM卡管理員，然後選擇「手動輸入詳情」。輸入 HelloRoam 確認電郵中的 SM-DP+ 地址及啟用代碼，兩組代碼均會在購買後 5 分鐘內發送至您的電郵。
Samsung Galaxy S24、S24+ 及 S24 Ultra 均支援雙 eSIM，兩個 eSIM 設定檔可同時運作，毋需實體SIM卡。非常適合前往日本或英國旅遊的香港用戶，出行時可同時保留本地號碼及使用當地數據方案。兩條線路均可在設定 > 連線 > SIM卡管理員管理。
可嘗試以下四個方法：更新 OneUI 版本、確認電話已解鎖、清潔鏡頭，並在充足光線下於約 15 厘米距離掃瞄。若仍無效，請改用手動輸入。開啟 SIM卡管理員，點選「手動輸入代碼」，輸入 HelloRoam 電郵中的 SM-DP+ 地址及啟用代碼。仍有問題？HelloRoam 客服通常在 2 小時內回覆。
