بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل مسح رمز QR:
- •افتح رمز QR على جهاز ثانٍ (حاسوب أو هاتف آخر) قبل البدء في المسح.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi طوال الوقت. قطع الاتصال أثناء التثبيت يسبب أخطاء.
- •كل رمز QR صالح للمسح مرة واحدة فقط. بعد المسح الناجح ينتهي صلاحيته ولا يمكن استخدامه مجدداً.
- •لا تحذف eSIM بعد التثبيت. إنه مرتبط بهذا الجهاز ولا يمكن نقله أو إعادة استخدامه.
بعض الأمور التي يجب معرفتها قبل بدء التثبيت اليدوي:
- •كل رمز تفعيل يدوي للاستخدام مرة واحدة فقط. لا تشاركه ولا تُدخله مرتين.
- •حافظ على اتصال Wi-Fi ثابت طوال عملية التثبيت. قطع الاتصال في المنتصف قد يتسبب في أخطاء.
- •يرتبط هذا eSIM بجهازك فور التثبيت ولا يمكن نقله إلى هاتف آخر. لا تحذفه ما لم تكن لا تحتاجه.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

الأسئلة الشائعة
هواتف Samsung Galaxy S20 وحتى S24 بجميع إصداراتها (Plus وUltra وFE) تدعم eSIM، إضافة إلى Z Fold 2-5 وZ Flip وZ Flip5 وسلسلة Note 20. يشترط أن يعمل الهاتف بنظام OneUI 3.0 أو أحدث (Android 11+). معظم طرازات الفئة A الاقتصادية لا تحتوي على مكون eSIM، لذا تحقق من مواصفات طرازك قبل الشراء.
إعدادات eSIM على Samsung Galaxy موجودة في مدير الشريحة عبر المسار: الإعدادات > الاتصالات > مدير الشريحة. في OneUI 6.0 والإصدارات الأحدث قد يظهر الخيار باسم «مدير شريحة SIM» في نفس المسار. إن لم تجده، اكتب «مدير الشريحة» في شريط البحث داخل الإعدادات وسيظهر فوراً.
