QR code scan करने से पहले कुछ ज़रूरी बातें जान लें:
- •Scan करने से पहले QR code किसी दूसरे device (laptop या दूसरे phone) पर खोल लें।
- •पूरे process के दौरान Wi-Fi पर रहें। बीच में connection जाने से error आ सकती है।
- •हर QR code सिर्फ एक बार काम करता है। एक बार successful scan के बाद code expire हो जाता है।
- •Install के बाद eSIM delete न करें। एक बार install होने पर eSIM किसी दूसरे device पर transfer नहीं होती, इसलिए delete करने का मतलब है plan खोना।
Manual install शुरू करने से पहले कुछ ज़रूरी बातें जान लें:
- •हर manual activation code single-use होता है। इसे share न करें और दो बार enter न करें।
- •पूरे process के दौरान stable Wi-Fi connection रखें। Connection टूटने से install में error आ सकती है।
- •यह eSIM install होने के बाद आपके device से lock हो जाती है। यह किसी दूसरे phone पर transfer नहीं होती, इसलिए ज़रूरत न हो तो इसे remove न करें।

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.
