10.2 रिफंड पात्रता

• The eSIM was purchased directly from HelloRoam
• The eSIM has not been activated
• Your request is made within 6 months of purchase

10.3 आंशिक रिफंड

• eSIM activate हो चुकी हो लेकिन data partially consume हुआ हो
• नेटवर्क इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर समस्याओं के कारण पूरी सेवा नहीं मिली हो

10.4 डिवाइस संगतता रिफंड

खरीद के बाद device incompatible या carrier-locked पाए जाने पर full refund मिलता है।

11.1 देयता बहिष्करण

कानून द्वारा permitted हद तक, हम हमारी services के आपके उपयोग से arising किसी भी loss या damage के लिए सभी liability exclude करते हैं।

हमारी total liability आपके द्वारा paid 12 महीनों के charges या £100, जो भी अधिक हो, तक capped है।

यह fraud या fraudulent misrepresentation के लिए हमारी liability को affect नहीं करता।

• We'll give you enough notice of significant changes so you can review them.

14.3 विभाज्यता

इन शर्तों का कोई भी provision invalid या unenforceable पाया जाने पर बाकी provisions पूरी तरह effective रहेंगी।

Translated versions में कोई discrepancy होने पर इन शर्तों का English version ही मान्य होगा।

14.6 संपर्क विवरण

HelloRoam offers a referral program that lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to try our eSIM service. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

15.1 Eligibility

• You must have a registered HelloRoam account in good standing
• You must have completed at least one eSIM purchase
• The referred person must be a new HelloRoam customer

15.2 Rewards

• You earn credit when your referred friend makes their first purchase
• Your friend also receives a discount on their first order
• Rewards are applied as account credit for future purchases
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

15.3 Restrictions

• Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not allowed
• We may limit the number of referrals per account
• Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension

15.4 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Pending rewards at the time of any change will be honored.
