৪.২ মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও কর

সব eSIM কেনাকাটা প্রিপেইড। মূল্যে প্রযোজ্য পরোক্ষ কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

কর আপনার বিলিং পোস্টাল বা জিপ কোডের ভিত্তিতে গণনা করা হয়।

"পরোক্ষ কর" মানে বিক্রয় কর, মূল্য সংযোজন কর (VAT), পণ্য ও সেবা কর (GST) এবং অনুরূপ কর।

৪.৩ পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি সংরক্ষণ

৪.৪ প্রমোশনাল কোড ও ছাড়

• Promotional codes are subject to availability and expiration dates
• Only one promotional code may be used per transaction
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers
• We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions at any time
• Promotional codes are non-transferable and have no cash value

For payments within the EU and UK, your bank may ask you to complete extra verification (such as 3D Secure) to confirm your identity. This is required by payment regulations and helps protect you from fraud.

চুক্তি চলতে থাকে যতক্ষণ না আপনার ডেটা প্ল্যানের মেয়াদ শেষ হয় বা আপনার ক্রেডিট শেষ হয়

আপনার ডেটা প্ল্যান শেষ হলে বা মেয়াদ উত্তীর্ণ হলে

HelloRoam এই শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গের কারণে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করলে

৫.৩ সমাপ্তির পরে

প্ল্যান শেষ হওয়ার পর আপনি ডিভাইসে eSIM রাখলে সেটি "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়

পরবর্তী কেনাকাটা না করা পর্যন্ত কোনো দায়বদ্ধতা প্রযোজ্য নয়

৬.১ ব্যবহারকারীর বাধ্যবাধকতা

• Use the service in line with these Terms and Conditions
• Follow all laws and regulations that apply to your use
• Do not use the service for fraud or illegal activity
• Do not copy or sell any information from our platform
• Do not use excessive data in ways that harm network performance for others
• Do not violate any intellectual property rights
• Do not use automated tools to scrape pricing, coverage, or other data from our website for commercial purposes.
• Do not resell or redistribute eSIM plans purchased through HelloRoam.
• Do not use SIM boxes, SIM farms, or similar devices to exploit our data plans.
• Do not use VPNs or proxies to bypass geographic restrictions on data plans.

৬.২ প্রমোশন ও রেফারেল

কোনো প্রমোশনের ন্যায্যতা বা অখণ্ডতাকে দুর্বল করার চেষ্টা করবেন না

Service depends on the network capacity of our carrier partners

We work with multiple providers to maintain coverage across 185+ countries

৭.২ আনলিমিটেড ডেটা প্ল্যান

A fair use policy applies to unlimited data plans

We may apply speed limits if your usage is well above normal levels

These limits protect network quality for all users on the plan

৭.৩ সেবার নিশ্চয়তা

• During network upgrades or maintenance windows
• In areas not covered by our network partners
• Due to factors outside our control such as weather or signal interference

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you live in the EU or EEA, you have a 14-day right to cancel your purchase without giving a reason. This right starts from the date of purchase.

This right ends when you activate your eSIM. By scanning the QR code and activating the eSIM, you agree to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal before activation, contact us at help@helloroam.com with your order number.

Service Availability

HelloRoam does not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Service quality depends on our carrier partners and local network conditions. We monitor our platform and work to fix issues quickly, but we do not offer financial compensation for downtime caused by third-party networks.

৮.১ বৈধানিক অধিকার

এই শর্তাবলিতে কোনো কিছুই ভোক্তা হিসেবে আপনার বৈধানিক অধিকার পরিবর্তন করে না।

৮.২ কোনো ওয়ারেন্টি নেই

আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, আমরা আমাদের সেবা সম্পর্কে কোনো প্রতিনিধিত্ব করি না এবং সমস্ত ওয়ারেন্টি বাদ দিই।

৮.৩ সেবা বন্ধকরণ

আমরা যেকোনো সেবা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখি, যেখানে সম্ভব সেখানে যুক্তিসঙ্গত নোটিশ দিয়ে।

৯.১ মালিকানা

আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের সব কন্টেন্ট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও মেধাস্বত্ব HelloRoam-এর অন্তর্গত বা আমাদের কাছে লাইসেন্সকৃত। এগুলো কপিরাইট ও মেধাস্বত্ব আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।

৯.২ নিষেধাজ্ঞা

আমাদের লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া আপনি আমাদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের কোনো কন্টেন্ট কপি, পুনরুৎপাদন, পরিবর্তন, বিতরণ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।

১০.১ প্রত্যাহারের আইনগত অধিকার

কারণ না জানিয়ে কেনাকাটা থেকে সরে আসতে আপনার ১৪ দিন আছে।

eSIM অ্যাক্টিভেট করলে এই অধিকার শেষ হয়, অথবা কিছু ডেটা ব্যবহার হলে আংশিক রিফান্ড পেতে পারেন।

১০.২ রিফান্ডের যোগ্যতা

• The eSIM was purchased directly from HelloRoam
• The eSIM has not been activated
• Your request is made within 6 months of purchase

১০.৩ আংশিক রিফান্ড

• eSIM অ্যাক্টিভেট হয়েছে কিন্তু শুধুমাত্র কিছু ডেটা ব্যবহার হয়েছে
• নেটওয়ার্ক পরিকাঠামোর সমস্যায় পুরো সেবা দেওয়া সম্ভব হয়নি

১০.৪ ডিভাইস সামঞ্জস্য রিফান্ড

কেনার পর ডিভাইস অসামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ বা ক্যারিয়ার-লকড পাওয়া গেলে পূর্ণ রিফান্ড পাওয়া যাবে।

১১.১ দায় বাদ

আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, আমরা আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার থেকে যেকোনো ক্ষতির জন্য সব দায় বাদ দিই।

আমাদের মোট দায়বদ্ধতা আপনার প্রদত্ত ১২ মাসের চার্জ বা £100-এর মধ্যে যেটি বেশি তার মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।

এটি প্রতারণা বা প্রতারণামূলক মিথ্যা উপস্থাপনার জন্য আমাদের দায়বদ্ধতাকে প্রভাবিত করে না।

১১.২ ক্ষতিপূরণ

এই শর্তাবলি ভঙ্গের কারণে উত্থাপিত দাবির বিপরীতে আমাদের রক্ষা করতে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

আমাদের সেবার অনুপযুক্ত ব্যবহার থেকে উত্থাপিত দাবির বিপরীতে আমাদের রক্ষা করতে আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন।

১২.১ পরিচালনাকারী আইন

এই শর্তাবলি ইংল্যান্ড ও ওয়েলসের আইন দ্বারা পরিচালিত।

ইংল্যান্ড ও ওয়েলসের আদালতগুলো যেকোনো বিরোধের এখতিয়ার রাখে।

আপনার এলাকায় বাধ্যতামূলক ভোক্তা সুরক্ষা আইনও প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

১২.২ অভিযোগ

অভিযোগ থাকলে প্রথমে আমাদের সাপোর্ট দলের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন। কোনো আনুষ্ঠানিক বিরোধ প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হওয়ার আগে আমরা সমস্যা সমাধানের চেষ্টা করব।

১৩.১ ডেটা সুরক্ষা

HelloRoam আমাদের eSIM সেবা দিতে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য প্রক্রিয়া করে।

আমরা মান উন্নয়ন ও অননুমোদিত প্রবেশ রোধে সেবার ব্যবহার পর্যবেক্ষণ করতে পারি।

১৪.১ শর্তাবলির পরিবর্তন

We may update these terms from time to time.

• Updated terms will be posted on our website and in the app.
• We'll give you enough notice of significant changes so you can review them.

১৪.২ হস্তান্তর

আমরা আমাদের গ্রুপের যেকোনো কোম্পানিকে এই শর্তাবলির অধীনে আমাদের অধিকার ও বাধ্যবাধকতা হস্তান্তর করতে পারি।

১৪.৩ বিচ্ছেদ্যতা

এই শর্তাবলির কোনো অংশ অকার্যকর বা অপ্রয়োগযোগ্য পাওয়া গেলে বাকি শর্তাবলি পূর্ণ কার্যকর থাকে।

১৪.৪ ছাড়

এই শর্তাবলির অধীনে কোনো অধিকারে আমরা পদক্ষেপ না নিলে এর মানে এই নয় যে আমরা সেটি ছেড়ে দিচ্ছি।

১৪.৫ ভাষা

এই শর্তাবলির অনুবাদিত সংস্করণ ও ইংরেজি সংস্করণের মধ্যে দ্বন্দ্ব থাকলে ইংরেজি সংস্করণই গ্রহণযোগ্য।

১৪.৬ যোগাযোগের বিবরণ

HelloRoam offers a referral program that lets you earn rewards by inviting friends to try our eSIM service. By participating, you agree to the following terms.

15.1 Eligibility

• You must have a registered HelloRoam account in good standing
• You must have completed at least one eSIM purchase
• The referred person must be a new HelloRoam customer

15.2 Rewards

• You earn credit when your referred friend makes their first purchase
• Your friend also receives a discount on their first order
• Rewards are applied as account credit for future purchases
• Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts

15.3 Restrictions

• Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not allowed
• We may limit the number of referrals per account
• Abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of rewards and account suspension

15.4 Program Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Pending rewards at the time of any change will be honored.
