Beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui sebelum scan kode QR:
- •Buka kode QR di perangkat kedua (laptop atau ponsel lain) sebelum mulai scan.
- •Tetap sambungkan ke Wi-Fi sepanjang waktu. Koneksi terputus di tengah instalasi bisa menyebabkan error.
- •Setiap kode QR hanya untuk satu kali scan. Setelah scan berhasil, kode kedaluwarsa dan tidak bisa digunakan lagi.
- •Jangan hapus eSIM setelah dipasang. eSIM tidak bisa dipindahkan antar perangkat setelah dipasang, jadi menghapusnya berarti kehilangan paket.
Beberapa hal yang perlu diketahui sebelum memulai instalasi manual:
- •Setiap kode aktivasi manual hanya bisa digunakan sekali. Jangan dibagikan dan jangan dimasukkan dua kali.
- •Jaga koneksi Wi-Fi tetap stabil sepanjang waktu. Koneksi terputus bisa mengganggu instalasi.
- •eSIM ini terkunci ke perangkat Anda setelah dipasang. Tidak bisa dipindahkan ke ponsel lain, jadi jangan hapus kecuali sudah tidak dibutuhkan.

Open your phone Settings and go to Connections. Make sure you have a working internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) before you continue.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

6. Add mobile plan
Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Arrive at your destination before activating your eSIM.
- •Turn on airplane mode, then connect to Wi-Fi so you don't get charged by your home carrier.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along offline during your trip.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on data roaming so your phone connects abroad.
Your eSIM is active. You're now connected and ready to use data in 175+ countries.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

Tips Samsung Galaxy yang Perlu Diketahui
- Pengguna OneUI 6.0+Di OneUI 6.0+, Manajer SIM mungkin muncul sebagai 'Manajer kartu SIM' di Pengaturan > Koneksi.
- Dukungan Dual eSIMGalaxy S24 mendukung dua eSIM aktif bersamaan. Tetap gunakan nomor Indonesia sambil menjalankan paket data perjalanan di Jepang atau Korea Selatan.
- Perbarui DuluMenjalankan OneUI versi terbaru mengurangi error eSIM. Perbarui Galaxy Anda sebelum berangkat.
FAQs
HelloRoam mendukung Galaxy S20 hingga S24 (varian Plus, Ultra, dan FE), Z Fold 2-5, Z Flip hingga Z Flip5, dan seri Note 20. Ponsel Anda butuh OneUI 3.0 atau lebih baru (Android 11+). Sebagian besar model anggaran seri A tidak memiliki hardware eSIM, jadi cek spesifikasi model Anda sebelum membeli paket.
Samsung Galaxy menyimpan pengaturan eSIM di Manajer SIM, di Pengaturan > Koneksi > Manajer SIM. Di OneUI 6.0 dan lebih baru mungkin muncul sebagai Manajer kartu SIM di jalur yang sama. Jika tidak ditemukan, ketik Manajer SIM di bilah pencarian Pengaturan dan langsung muncul.
