Vào Settings > Connections > SIM Manager trên Samsung Galaxy để bắt đầu cài eSIM.
Chọn Install with QR Code nếu bạn đang mở mã QR trên laptop hoặc điện thoại khác.

Một số điều cần biết trước khi quét mã QR:
- •Mở mã QR trên thiết bị thứ hai (laptop hoặc điện thoại khác) trước khi bắt đầu quét.
- •Duy trì kết nối Wi-Fi suốt quá trình. Mất kết nối giữa chừng có thể gây lỗi.
- •Mỗi mã QR chỉ quét được một lần. Sau khi quét thành công, mã sẽ hết hạn và không dùng lại được.
- •Đừng xóa eSIM sau khi cài xong. eSIM không thể chuyển giữa các thiết bị sau khi đã cài, xóa là mất gói data luôn.
Một số điều cần biết trước khi bắt đầu cài thủ công:
- •Mỗi mã kích hoạt thủ công chỉ dùng được một lần. Đừng chia sẻ và đừng nhập hai lần.
- •Giữ kết nối Wi-Fi ổn định trong suốt quá trình. Mất kết nối có thể làm gián đoạn quá trình cài đặt.
- •eSIM này sẽ gắn với thiết bị của bạn sau khi cài xong. eSIM không thể chuyển sang điện thoại khác, vì vậy đừng xóa trừ khi bạn không còn cần nữa.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Câu hỏi thường gặp
HelloRoam hỗ trợ Galaxy S20 đến S24 (Plus, Ultra, FE), Z Fold 2-5, Z Flip đến Z Flip5 và dòng Note 20. Điện thoại cần chạy OneUI 3.0 trở lên (Android 11+). Phần lớn dòng A giá rẻ không có phần cứng eSIM, hãy kiểm tra thông số máy trước khi mua gói.
Samsung Galaxy lưu cài đặt eSIM trong SIM Manager, tìm tại Settings > Connections > SIM Manager. Với OneUI 6.0 trở lên, mục này có thể hiển thị là SIM card manager cùng đường dẫn. Nếu không thấy, hãy gõ SIM Manager vào thanh tìm kiếm trong Settings, kết quả xuất hiện ngay lập tức.
Bạn có thể cài eSIM HelloRoam trên Samsung mà không cần quét mã QR, bằng cách nhập thủ công. Vào Settings, chọn Connections, chọn SIM Manager, chọn Add eSIM rồi chọn Enter activation code manually. Nhập địa chỉ SM-DP+ và mã kích hoạt từ email xác nhận HelloRoam. Cả hai mã đều có trong cùng email trong vòng 5 phút sau khi mua.
Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ và S24 Ultra đều hỗ trợ dual eSIM, tức hai hồ sơ eSIM chạy đồng thời không cần thẻ SIM vật lý. Đây là lựa chọn thông minh cho người Việt đi Nhật Bản hay Hàn Quốc muốn giữ số trong nước trong khi dùng gói data nội địa. Quản lý cả hai tại Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.
Thử 4 cách: cập nhật OneUI, xác nhận máy đã mở khóa nhà mạng, lau ống kính camera và quét dưới ánh sáng tốt ở khoảng 15 cm.
