Gehe auf deinem Samsung Galaxy zu Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung, um die eSIM-Installation zu starten.

Ein paar Dinge, die du vor dem QR-Code-Scan wissen solltest:
- •Öffne den QR-Code auf einem zweiten Gerät (Laptop oder ein anderes Handy), bevor du mit dem Scannen beginnst.
- •Bleib während des gesamten Vorgangs im WLAN. Ein Verbindungsabbruch während der Installation kann Fehler verursachen.
- •Jeder QR-Code funktioniert nur für einen einzigen Scan. Nach einem erfolgreichen Scan läuft der Code ab und kann nicht erneut verwendet werden.
- •Lösche die eSIM nach der Installation nicht. Eine eSIM ist nicht zwischen Geräten übertragbar, sobald sie installiert ist. Das Löschen bedeutet den Verlust deines Tarifs.
Ein paar Dinge, die du vor der manuellen Installation wissen solltest:
- •Jeder manuelle Aktivierungscode ist nur einmal verwendbar. Teile ihn nicht und gib ihn nicht zweimal ein.
- •Halte während des gesamten Vorgangs eine stabile WLAN-Verbindung aufrecht. Ein Verbindungsabbruch kann die Installation unterbrechen.
- •Diese eSIM wird nach der Installation auf dein Gerät festgesetzt. Sie ist nicht auf ein anderes Handy übertragbar. Entferne sie also nicht, solange du sie noch brauchst.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.

Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

HelloRoam unterstützt Galaxy S20 bis S24 (Plus, Ultra und FE-Varianten), Z Fold 2 bis 5, Z Flip bis Z Flip5 und die Note-20-Serie. Dein Handy braucht OneUI 3.0 oder neuer (Android 11+). Die meisten A-Serie-Budgetmodelle haben keine eSIM-Hardware, also prüfe deine Modellspezifikationen, bevor du einen esim samsung Tarif kaufst.
Die Samsung Galaxy SIM-Kartenverwaltung befindet sich unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung. Bei OneUI 6.0 und neuer erscheint sie eventuell als SIM-Kartenverwaltung unter demselben Pfad. Falls du sie nicht findest, gib einfach SIM-Kartenverwaltung in die Einstellungssuche ein.

Öffne Einstellungen, dann Verbindungen, dann SIM-Kartenverwaltung, dann eSIM hinzufügen und wähle Aktivierungscode manuell eingeben. Gib die SM-DP+-Adresse und den Aktivierungscode aus deiner HelloRoam-Bestätigungs-E-Mail ein. Beide Codes kommen in derselben E-Mail, innerhalb von 5 Minuten nach dem Kauf.
Das Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ und S24 Ultra unterstützen alle Dual-eSIM, sodass zwei eSIM-Profile gleichzeitig aktiv sein können, ohne dass eine physische SIM-Karte nötig ist. Das ist ideal für österreichische Reisende, die nach Griechenland oder Spanien fahren und ihre Heimnummer aktiv lassen möchten, während sie einen lokalen Datentarif nutzen. Beide Leitungen verwaltest du unter Einstellungen > Verbindungen > SIM-Kartenverwaltung.
