روش نصب را انتخاب کنید
پیش از اسکن QR code، چند نکته مهم را بدانید:
- •QR code را روی یک دستگاه دیگر (لپتاپ یا گوشی دیگر) باز کنید تا بتوانید آن را اسکن کنید.
- •در تمام مدت روی Wi-Fi بمانید. قطع شدن اتصال در حین نصب باعث بروز خطا میشود.
- •هر QR code فقط یکبار قابل اسکن است. پس از اسکن موفق، کد منقضی میشود و دیگر قابل استفاده نیست.
- •پس از نصب، eSIM را حذف نکنید. eSIM پس از نصب به دستگاه شما قفل میشود و قابل انتقال یا استفاده مجدد نیست.
پیش از شروع نصب دستی، چند نکته مهم را بدانید:
- •هر کد فعالسازی دستی فقط یکبار قابل استفاده است. آن را با کسی به اشتراک نگذارید و دوبار وارد نکنید.
- •در تمام مدت نصب اتصال Wi-Fi پایدار داشته باشید. قطع شدن اتصال میتواند نصب را متوقف کند.
- •این eSIM پس از نصب به دستگاه شما قفل میشود و قابل انتقال به گوشی دیگری نیست. آن را حذف نکنید مگر اینکه دیگر به آن نیازی نداشته باشید.

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

نکات مفید برای کاربران Samsung Galaxy
- کاربران OneUI 6.0+در OneUI 6.0+، ممکن است SIM Manager با نام «SIM card manager» در Settings > Connections نمایش داده شود.
- پشتیبانی Dual eSIMGalaxy S24 از دو eSIM فعال همزمان پشتیبانی میکند. میتوانید در سفر به دبی یا استانبول، شماره ایرانی خود را فعال نگه دارید و از یک طرح داده محلی هم استفاده کنید.
- ابتدا بهروزرسانی کنیدآخرین نسخه OneUI را نصب کنید تا خطاهای eSIM کاهش پیدا کند. پیش از سفر، Galaxy خود را بهروز کنید.
سؤالات متداول
HelloRoam از Galaxy S20 تا S24 (شامل Plus، Ultra و FE)، Z Fold 2 تا 5، Z Flip تا Z Flip5 و سری Note 20 پشتیبانی میکند. گوشی شما باید OneUI 3.0 یا بالاتر (Android 11+) داشته باشد. اکثر مدلهای بودجهای سری A فاقد سختافزار eSIM هستند، پس پیش از خرید طرح، مشخصات مدل خود را بررسی کنید.
Samsung Galaxy ابزار SIM Manager را در مسیر Settings > Connections > SIM Manager قرار داده است. در OneUI 6.0 و بالاتر، همین ابزار ممکن است با نام SIM card manager در همان مسیر نشان داده شود. اگر پیدا نکردید، «SIM Manager» را در نوار جستجوی Settings تایپ کنید تا فوری نمایش داده شود.
نصب HelloRoam eSIM روی Samsung بدون اسکن QR code امکانپذیر است. به Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM بروید و «Enter activation code manually» را انتخاب کنید. آدرس SM-DP+ و کد فعالسازی موجود در ایمیل تأییدیه HelloRoam را وارد کنید. هر دو کد در ایمیل یکسان، ظرف ۵ دقیقه پس از خرید ارسال میشوند.

بیش از ۹۵٪ مشکلات اسکن با این ۴ مرحله حل میشوند: OneUI را بهروز کنید، مطمئن شوید گوشی آنلاک است، لنز را تمیز کنید و از ۱۵ سانتیمتر اسکن کنید. اگر هنوز کار نکرد، به Settings و سپس SIM Manager بروید و «Enter code manually» را انتخاب کنید. پشتیبانی HelloRoam در کمتر از ۲ ساعت پاسخ میدهد.
