Samsung Galaxy에서 Settings > Connections > SIM Manager로 이동해서 eSIM 설치를 시작하세요.
노트북이나 다른 휴대폰에 QR 코드를 열어뒀다면 QR 코드로 설치를 선택하세요.

QR 코드 스캔 전에 알아두세요:
- •스캔을 시작하기 전에 다른 기기(노트북 또는 다른 휴대폰)에 QR 코드를 미리 열어두세요.
- •설치 중에는 Wi-Fi를 유지하세요. 중간에 연결이 끊기면 오류가 발생할 수 있어요.
- •QR 코드는 한 번만 사용할 수 있어요. 스캔 완료 후 코드는 만료되며 재사용할 수 없어요.
- •설치 후 eSIM을 삭제하지 마세요. 기기에 고정된 후에는 이전할 수 없으므로 삭제하면 요금제를 잃게 돼요.
수동 설치를 시작하기 전에 알아두세요:
- •수동 활성화 코드는 1회용이에요. 공유하거나 두 번 입력하지 마세요.
- •설치 중에는 안정적인 Wi-Fi 연결을 유지하세요. 연결이 끊기면 설치가 중단될 수 있어요.
- •이 eSIM은 설치 후 해당 기기에 고정되며 다른 기기로 이전할 수 없어요. 더 이상 필요하지 않을 때까지 삭제하지 마세요.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

삼성 갤럭시 eSIM 지원 기종은 Galaxy S20부터 S24(Plus, Ultra, FE 포함), Z Fold 2~5, Z Flip 시리즈, Note 20 시리즈예요. OneUI 3.0 이상(Android 11+)이 필요해요. 일부 A 시리즈 보급형 모델은 eSIM 하드웨어가 없을 수 있으니 구매 전 모델 사양을 꼭 확인하세요. Galaxy S 시리즈가 한국에서 가장 많이 사용되는 eSIM 지원 기기예요.
삼성 갤럭시 SIM Manager는 Settings > Connections > SIM Manager에 있어요. OneUI 6.0 이상에서는 같은 경로에 "SIM card manager"로 표시될 수 있어요. 찾기 어려우면 Settings 검색창에 "SIM Manager"를 입력하면 바로 나와요.
