Keletas dalykų, kuriuos verta žinoti prieš nuskaitant QR kodą:
- •Prieš pradėdami nuskaityti, atidarykite QR kodą antrame įrenginyje (nešiojamame kompiuteryje arba kitame telefone).
- •Viso proceso metu palaikykite Wi-Fi ryšį. Nutrūkęs ryšys diegimo metu gali sukelti klaidų.
- •Kiekvienas QR kodas tinkamas tik vienam nuskaitymui. Po sėkmingo nuskaitymo kodas nustoja galioti ir nebegali būti naudojamas.
- •Neištrinkite eSIM po įdiegimo. eSIM negali būti perkelta tarp įrenginių, todėl ją ištrynus prarasite savo planą.
Keletas dalykų, kuriuos verta žinoti prieš pradedant rankinį diegimą:
- •Kiekvienas rankinio aktyvinimo kodas yra vienkartinis. Nesidalinkite juo ir neįveskite jo du kartus.
- •Palaikykite stabilų Wi-Fi ryšį viso proceso metu. Nutrūkęs ryšys gali pertraukti diegimą.
- •eSIM susiejama su jūsų įrenginiu įdiegimo metu. Jos negalima perkelti į kitą telefoną, todėl neištrinkite jos, kol dar jos reikia.

Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Dažniausiai užduodami klausimai
HelloRoam palaiko Galaxy S20–S24 (Plus, Ultra ir FE variantai), Z Fold 2–5, Z Flip–Z Flip5 ir Note 20 seriją. Telefonui reikalinga OneUI 3.0 arba naujesnė versija (Android 11+). Daugelis A serijos biudžetinių modelių neturi eSIM aparatinės įrangos, tad prieš pirkdami planą patikrinkite savo modelio specifikacijas.
Samsung Galaxy eSIM nustatymai yra SIM tvarkytuve, kurį rasite Nustatymai > Ryšiai > SIM tvarkytuvas. OneUI 6.0 ir naujesnėse versijose jis gali būti pavadintas "SIM kortelių tvarkytuvas" tame pačiame kelyje. Jei nerandate, paieškoje įveskite "SIM tvarkytuvas" ir jis iš karto pasirodys.
HelloRoam eSIM galite pridėti prie Samsung telefono nenuskaitydami QR kodo, o rankinio įvedimo būdu. Atidarykite Nustatymai > Ryšiai > SIM tvarkytuvas > Pridėti eSIM ir pasirinkite Įvesti aktyvinimo kodą rankiniu būdu. Įveskite SM-DP+ adresą ir aktyvinimo kodą iš HelloRoam patvirtinimo el. laiško. Abu kodai ateina viename laiške per 5 minutes nuo pirkimo.
Samsung Galaxy S24, S24+ ir S24 Ultra palaiko dvigubą eSIM, todėl du eSIM profiliai gali veikti vienu metu be fizinės SIM kortelės. Tai puikus sprendimas keliaujantiems iš Lietuvos į JK ar Vokietiją, norintiems išlaikyti savo namų numerį aktyvų, tuo pat metu naudojant vietinį duomenų planą. Abiem linijomis galite valdyti Nustatymai > Ryšiai > SIM tvarkytuvas.
