- •安裝後請勿刪除 eSIM。eSIM 與此裝置綁定，刪除後不可轉移或重新使用。

4. Installation Options

5. Enter the code
Copy the manual installation code from your HelloRoam email and paste it in. Tap Continue and wait a few seconds.

Review the mobile plan details and tap Add mobile plan to finish installing your eSIM.

7. Label and setup eSIM
Name your eSIM (for example, HelloRoam) and set it as your preferred mobile data line.
Activate your eSIM on Android
Before you start:
- •Wait until you land at your destination before activating your eSIM. eSIM activation is automatic once you land and turn Data Roaming on.
- •Switch on airplane mode, then reconnect to Wi-Fi so your home carrier does not charge you.
- •Save this guide as a PDF so you can follow along without an internet connection.
Open Settings, tap Mobile Data, and find your HelloRoam eSIM profile in the list.
Turn on your eSIM line and switch on Data Roaming so your phone connects when you land.

Check your signal icon. At least one bar means your eSIM is connected and working.

- eSIM 轉移：設定新 Pixel 時，可在設定流程中以無線方式轉移 HelloRoam eSIM。請注意，HelloRoam eSIM 一旦安裝即與原裝置綁定，在此設定流程以外不可轉移。
- 雙 eSIM（Pixel 9）：Pixel 9、9 Pro 及 9 Pro XL 可同時運作兩個 eSIM。前往日本或英國旅遊時，可同時保留香港號碼及使用當地數據方案。
- 快速設定：Pixel 搭載的原生 Android 系統，設定步驟比其他 Android 裝置更簡便。大多數用戶在 2 分鐘內即可完成連線。
- Android 15 用戶：在 Android 15，SIM 卡路徑已改為設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > 互聯網 > 點選 SIM 卡旁的加號圖示。

Google Pixel 3 或以上型號均支援 eSIM，包括 Pixel 3、3 XL、3a、3a XL、4、4 XL、4a、4a 5G、5、5a 5G、6、6 Pro、6a、7、7 Pro、7a、8、8 Pro、8a、9、9 Pro、9 Pro XL 及 Pixel Fold。需要 Android 9.0（Pie）或以上版本。Pixel 10 為純 eSIM 電話，不設實體SIM卡槽。
Google Pixel 的 eSIM 設定位於設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > SIM 卡 > 新增 SIM 卡。在 Android 15（Pixel 9 系列），請前往設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > 互聯網，然後點選 SIM 卡旁的加號圖示。找不到的話，在設定搜尋欄輸入「SIM」即可。
您可以在 Google Pixel 上以手動方式安裝 HelloRoam eSIM，毋需掃瞄 QR code。前往設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > SIM 卡 > 新增 SIM 卡，選擇手動輸入啟用代碼。輸入 HelloRoam 電郵中的 SM-DP+ 地址及啟用代碼。確切步驟因 Android 版本略有不同，但所有支援的 Pixel 型號均提供手動輸入選項。
Google Pixel 9、9 Pro 及 9 Pro XL 支援雙 eSIM，兩個 eSIM 設定檔可同時運作，毋需實體SIM卡。非常適合前往日本或英國旅遊的香港用戶，出行時可同時保留本地號碼及使用當地數據方案。Pixel 8、7 及 6 系列支援一個 eSIM 加一張實體SIM卡。可在設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > SIM 卡管理線路。
從 Pixel 7 開始，Google Pixel 支援在新裝置設定時以無線方式轉移 eSIM。設定新 Pixel 時按照畫面提示操作，即可從舊裝置轉移設定檔。請注意，HelloRoam eSIM 一旦安裝即與原裝置綁定，不可轉移。如果無線轉移失敗，請聯絡 HelloRoam 客服，團隊平均在 2 小時內補發新 QR code。
在 Pixel 上確認 eSIM 支援的方法是開啟設定 > 網絡和互聯網 > 行動網絡，查看是否有 eSIM 或 SIM 卡選項。Pixel 9 支援所有美國電訊商的 eSIM。您也可以在 Google 支援網站搜尋您的 Pixel 型號，購買方案前先確認兼容性。
