Eligibility Requirements:
- • eSIM has not been activated or installed
- • Request made within 6 months of purchase
- • QR code has not been scanned
- • No data usage has occurred

If your device is not compatible with eSIM technology or is carrier-locked, preventing you from using our service, you're eligible for a full refund.

- • Data speeds consistently below advertised minimums
- • Complete service failure in coverage zones
