Three Steps to Get Connected

    Open your email

    Find the HelloRoam confirmation email. Open it on a second device so you can scan the QR code with your main phone.

    Scan the QR code

    Go to Settings, then Cellular (iPhone) or Connections (Android). Tap Add e-SIM and point your camera at the QR code.

    Turn on data roaming

    Select your new HelloRoam line. Toggle data roaming on. You're connected and ready to go.

What You Need Before Setup

You need an unlocked phone that supports e SIM technology. Most iPhones since the XS (2018) and most Android phones since 2020 work. Check your device settings for an 'Add eSIM' or 'Add Cellular Plan' option to confirm. You also need a Wi-Fi connection during install, since the eSIM profile downloads over the internet. Have your HelloRoam confirmation email ready on a laptop, tablet, or second phone so you can scan the QR code with your main device.
