Get Connected in Three Steps

    Check your email

    Find your HelloRoam confirmation email and open it on a second device, so you can scan the QR code with your phone's camera.

    Scan the QR code

    Open Settings, then Mobile Data (iPhone) or Connections (Android). Tap Add e-SIM and point your camera at the QR code from your email.

    Switch on data roaming

    Select your new HelloRoam line in Settings and switch Data Roaming on. You'll connect to local networks the moment you land.

Before You Get Started

You'll need an unlocked phone that supports e SIM technology. Most iPhones from the XS onwards and most Android phones from 2020 onwards are compatible, though it's worth checking your device settings for an Add eSIM option first. You'll also need a Wi-Fi connection during setup, since the eSIM profile downloads over the internet. Keep your HelloRoam confirmation email open on a second device, like a laptop or tablet, so you can scan the QR code with your phone.
