Three Simple Steps to Connect

    Open Your Email

    Find your HelloRoam confirmation email and open it on a second device. You'll use it to scan the QR code with your phone's camera.

    Scan the QR Code

    Go to Settings, then Cellular on iPhone or Connections on Android. Tap Add e-SIM and point your camera at the code from your email.

    Turn On Data Roaming

    Select your new HelloRoam line and switch data roaming on. Your Bell, Rogers, or Telus SIM stays active for calls while you're away.

Before You Begin Setup

You'll need an unlocked phone that supports e SIM technology. Most iPhones from the XS onward and most newer Android phones qualify, though it's worth checking your settings for an Add eSIM option first. A Wi-Fi connection keeps the download steady, since the profile arrives over the internet. Keep your confirmation email open on a second device, like a laptop or tablet, so you can scan the code with your phone.
