When does a fixed data eSIM expire?
A HelloRoam fixed data plan runs for 7 or 30 days. The Global plan also comes in 365 days. An unlimited plan runs for however many days you pick, from 1 to 30. Every plan shows its length before you buy. A fixed plan ends once its days or its data run out. You can start any e-sim plan within 180 days of buying it.
What do I pay for 3GB in Japan or the US?
On HelloRoam, 3GB of data starts at CA$4.03 for 30 days in French Guiana. The price varies by destination. A 3GB e SIM plan for 30 days costs CA$9.77 in Japan and CA$9.60 in the United States. Need more than 3GB? Most destinations also sell unlimited data for the days you pick.
